优质鸡特色靠鲜活体现
近日，广东全省多地活禽交易市场陆续检测出H7N9阳性样本，一月份几乎每天都有活禽市场被迫关停，各地休市的消息此起彼伏。佛山市卫生系统于日前发布通告，决定自1月15日0时起，暂停佛山市南海区、禅城区活禽交易两周。这是目前广东省内关闭活禽市场持续时间最长的一次。
彻底关闭活禽市场的呼声又一次高涨。众多禽企开始担忧，照此形势发展，活禽市场是否会被永久关闭。
据南方农村报记者了解，由于两广消费者习惯购买活鸡，黄鸡产业基本上建立在活禽交易模式上(黄鸡中只有少数快大型或中速型品种在走冰鲜路线)。一旦强制取消活禽市场，将直接对黄鸡企业的养殖品种、流通模式及屠宰硬件等产生新的要求。可以预期，黄鸡产业将发生巨变。
"H7N9的影响太快了，我们来不及做出充足的准备。"广西春茂集团农牧事业部总经理张训表示，由于原有市场已经呈现一定的饱和、稳定状态，无论是重新开拓销售市场还是转型做其他产业，都需要企业在前期投入大量的人力、财力和时间成本。在H7N9的持续打击下，禽企做任何转变都难以在短期收获成效。
如果转型做冰鲜鸡，对大型企业而言，首要的挑战就是上屠宰线和冷藏设备。
惠州市新福源农业发展有限公司总经理汤军介绍，新建一条日屠宰量1-2万羽的屠宰线大约需要一次性投入3000万元。即便对于规模较大的养殖公司来说，在目前的行情下也是难以承担的。在屠宰通路的建设上，除了自己建场，禽企还可与现有屠宰场合作。但这需要现有屠宰场进一步扩大规模，同时也需要政府的大力引导和资金扶持。
"挺不过这一阵，一切都是空谈。"广西参皇养殖集团有限公司总裁张聪表示，关闭活禽市场也好，发展屠宰加工、做大冰鲜市场也罢，都是以后考虑的事。对于企业来说，目前要做的就是尽自己所能融资，保证资金链不出现断层，熬过眼前的危机才是最紧迫的。
珠海市裕禾农牧有限公司董事长陈汉松进一步指出，即便禽企有心、有力做屠宰加工方面的投资，就现在的情况看，找到合适且愿意出租给禽企的土地也是一道坎。此外，日益严格的环评政策也让一部分打算着手屠宰线建设的禽企望而生畏。
部分企业开始转型探索
"按照发达国家的发展轨迹，活禽市场是终究会被关闭的，"中国国家家禽工程中心副主任赵河山指出，这是众多禽企不愿意面对，却又不得不接受的发展趋势。
"家禽育种可能会朝某一方向集中转变。"广州华农正大禽业有限公司(下称"华农正大")总经理詹勋在接受记者采访时表示，出于南方人的饮食习惯，即便以后的市场以冰鲜鸡为主，黄羽肉鸡也不会就此消亡。但相对于白羽肉鸡快大的生长特性，以饲养日龄长为特点的慢速型黄鸡处于明显劣势，黄鸡育种或向"快大型"方向集中发展。
据悉，此前就已着手白羽肉鸡育种的佛山市高明区新广农牧有限公司(下称"新广")也在近期加快了研发速度。新广副总经理唐伟标透露，新广培育的部分白羽肉鸡已经在两个月前开始试点销售。如果此后市场向屠宰方向发展，新广也会在黄鸡鸡苗生产上朝快大型方向倾斜。
此外，据某业内人士透露，部分规模较大的禽企已经开始尝试毁苗、减产以外的自救措施。他们或着手产业链延伸，紧急集中资金向屠宰加工和销售终端投入；或逃离H7N9疫情密集发生的珠三角，转而拓展受此次舆情影响较小的云、贵、川市场；或直接投资养猪产业，意图扭转企业持续亏损的现状。
