同时消防大队防火监督员对《中华人民共和国消防法》中重点单位消防安全责任人、消防安全管理人的基本职责进行解说，最后对各重点单位消防档案的建设进行了规范和统一。 此次培训班的举办，进一步了推动消防安全重点单位“户籍化”管理工作深入开展，强化了重点单位消防安全“四个能力”建设，全面提升了和静县火灾防控水平，为构建“和谐平安”和静打下了良好的基础。
