  据了解,加州标准比目前欧6标准严格一半以上。北京从2013年2月开始实施的北京市第五阶段排放标准(简称京五),是参照欧洲标准,相当于欧洲五号标准。这也是北京市从执行“国一”开始,第五次在全国率先实施更严格的机动车排放标准。


  此前发布的《北京市2013-2017年清洁空气行动计划》提出,2016年,北京要力争实施第六阶段机动车排放标准,并同步供应符合标准的油品,进一步加严油品中的主要环保指标。这也是北京再一次在机动车排放管理上走在全国前列。


  此外,北京今年大气治理将重点投入,在去年140亿元的基础上,增加到200亿元。据市财政局介绍,今年大额专项资金方面,大气治理资金由以前的30亿元,增加到42.5亿元;新增财力中,多拿出20亿元资金。
