消防部门表示，从喜隆多重大火灾整个发展蔓延过程可以看出，正是麦当劳店长、中控室值班人员这一系列消防负责人的麻痹大意、玩忽职守，最终酿成大祸。目前，相关责任人员因涉嫌违法犯罪，由公安机关立案侦查。
凌晨2时49分36秒餐厅一角发生险情
