陈安众涉嫌严重违纪违法接受调查
中新网南昌1月16日电 (记者 王剑) 1月16日上午，江西省第十二届人大常委会第八次会议第二次全体会议表决通过，决定罢免陈安众第十二届全国人民代表大会代表职务，撤销陈安众江西省第十二届人民代表大会常务委员会副主任职务。
据中央纪委监察部网站2013年12月6日消息，江西省人大常委会副主任、省总工会主席陈安众涉嫌严重违纪违法，目前正接受组织调查。当年12月8日，相关负责人证实，陈安众涉嫌严重违纪，中央决定免去其领导职务。
此前，1月10日至11日，江西省九江市十四届人大常委会第十五次会议召开，会议审议通过了有关人事任免议案，表决通过了关于罢免陈安众的江西省第十二届人民代表大会职务的决定。
据江西省人大新闻网公开消息，陈安众，男，1954年1月出生，1976年12月加入中国共产党，1972年3月参加工作，研究生，法学硕士，湖南宁远人。
陈安众历任湖南省长沙市郊区纪委书记、区委副书记、区长，湖南政法管理干部学院党委副书记，衡阳市委副书记、市长，江西省景德镇市委副书记、市长，萍乡市委书记、市人大常委会主任，九江市委书记，江西省政协副主席、省委政法委副书记，2010年1月任江西省人大常委会副主任、省委政法委副书记，2010年3月任江西省人大常委会副主任、党组成员、省委政法委副书记。
2012年4月，任江西省人大常委会副主任、党组成员、省委政法委副书记，省总工会主席、党组书记。(完)
