　　本报南宁1月15日电 (记者谢振华)日前，广西壮族自治区法院系统举行涉民生案件专项集中执行行动，共向605个案件中4087名申请执行人发放执行款8481.85万元、司法救助金192.5万元；32名“老赖”被拘留，34名被执行人被采取查封、扣押、冻结、强制迁出等强制措施。

　　“追索劳动报酬等涉民生案件，在全区执行案件中占据相当比重，群众反响强烈。”广西高院副院长林玉棠介绍，自治区法院历来高度重视涉民生案件的执行工作，2013年共执结涉民生案件8786件，执结标的3.25亿元，切实保障了弱势群体的合法权益。2013年，全区法院通过执行司法查控系统，共查询127509个账户，查询到资金12.95亿元，涉及被执行人17520人，解决案件11342件。

　　“绝不能让‘老赖’大吃大喝、逍遥游玩，绝不能让生活困难的债权人忍饥挨饿、艰苦度日！”林玉棠说。
