早晨8:16，零陵消防大队值班室接到报警称：衡枣高速永州零陵往衡阳方向913至911公里处的路段内，因浓雾影响连发七起车辆追尾和侧翻事故，有人员被困，情况十分紧急。接警后，零陵消防大队迅速出动一辆抢险救援车、9名官兵赶往事故现场进行营救。
