今天上午马凯副总理在候车大厅内，随机询问了候车女乘客刘秀艳的相关情况。
当时，刘大姐正在和旁边的人聊天，当从北京站工作人员口中，得知对面的老者是国务院副总理时，她高兴地跳起来，抢着跟马凯副总理握手。
随后，马凯副总理询问刘大姐乘客们购票候车的情况。
刘大姐告诉副总理，她在北京市房山区从事导购工作，今天上午要乘坐D25次列车去黑龙江双城市，三天前在房山区的车站买到今天的车票。
