在该镇政府办公室，记者询问两名饮酒男子身份，一位自称办公室负责人的张斌称，喝酒的两名男子均是该镇包村干部，但得知记者采访后，随即改口称喝酒的两名男子是附近开发商。
采访中，镇政府办公室内一男子毫不避讳的在电脑上玩游戏，工作人员称，玩游戏男子是外来非正式人员。
随后，记者向该镇副书记张伟提供了现场拍摄的饮酒和玩游戏人员的视频资料，张伟称将派纪委介入调查。
16日上午，大王集政府向媒体通报称，15日两名喝酒男子为该镇包村干部张洪涛和陈卫峰。两人在任包村干部期间，在该镇王集村村民陈某家吃饭，每人喝了3两左右白酒。
通报称，张洪涛、陈卫锋同志身为党员、镇包村干部，对自己要求不严，工作日午间饮酒，违反了《严禁工作日午间饮酒》的规定。两人所犯错误事实清楚，证据确凿，但当组织上查处时，认识自己的错误，写出了检讨。为严肃政纪，教育本人，依据商办【2007】21号第一条规定，经研究决定，给予张洪涛、陈卫峰同志行政警告之处分。
此决定自2014年1月15日起生效。若对此决定不服，可在接本处分决定之日起30日内向大王集镇政府申请复审。
记者注意到，此次处理中未提到玩游戏的人员。张伟说，玩游戏的男子确实是外来的非正式人员，但也不允许上班期间玩游戏，对此，将引以为戒，进行批评教育。
