赌场去年7月3日开张
龙场镇老山村距离凯里市30来公里。和凯里市的繁华迥异，老山村几乎是龙场镇最贫困的一个村子。村里近200户居民都是苗族人，除了少数受过教育的年轻人，一般村民都听不懂普通话。
村里天气干燥，村民除了种些苞米，也养不活别的庄稼。过去，村子周边有煤矿，村民可以去打打工。后来煤矿也不景气了，反而因为挖煤挖断了水源，村里不得不跑老远到镇上挑水喝。年轻力壮的村民只好走出村子，这让村里更加衰败。普通的村民家庭，泥巴糊的墙围成个屋子，屋里黑洞洞的，勉强有些家具和电气，日子将就糊口。
大部分村民没接触过赌博，因为根本也没有钱赌博。村民说，村子附近过去也没有赌场。但2013年7月3日，一座赌场悄然降落离村子不远的一处荒山上。
王强清楚地记得这个日子，因为一个星期后，他就到赌场去上班了。他告诉北京青年报记者，赌场里一个老板，是他过去在施秉县打麻将认识的，得知对方开了赌场，他主动找上门希望找份工作。他犹豫了半天，还是没有吐露出这位老板的名字。
对方给了他个望风的工作，也就是在赌场营业期间，站在远处看是否有警察来查抄。负责望风的，有老山村人，也有其他村的村民，共12个。
这个赌场就是凯里市老百姓熟悉的一种“流动赌场”。凯里市一名熟悉赌场的司机告诉北青报记者，因为市里查抄得严，大部分赌场都选择偷偷开在山里，架在半山腰上，在一个地方开不下去了，就换个地方，但常客都会跟过去。赌场搬得频繁，可能一周就会换一个地方。
如果在公路边上，发现名牌汽车聚集，那再往山里走，很可能就是“流动赌场”的据点。但普通人是不可能上去的。即便赌客，也只能把车停在路边，由赌场的人开车接到山上，赌完再送下来。
对凯里老百姓来说，这种赌场并不陌生。有市民在山里玩时，就能听到热闹的赌博声。但普通人也并不觉得这和自己的生活有什么联系。
王强打工的赌场，之前就开在施秉县，因为种种原因，挪到了老山村附近，而且一干就是好几个月。
赌注往往几万起
老山村的村民此前多未接触过赌场，赌场的到来也没让村里人觉得异样。一些离赌场近的村民，趁机称赌场占了自己的田地，跟老板讨价还价，老板也给村民几百块钱意思意思，双方相安无事。大部分村民则离赌场还几里地远，也懒得去管。
王强在赌场里打工，其他村民也并未觉得有问题。望风工作的报酬是每天100元，赌场生意好的话可以分150元。这笔钱是什么概念呢？在荒山脚下有些小煤场，村民去打工的话，要从一米高的窑洞里，背着煤爬进爬出，一天的报酬也不过是100元。
所谓赌场，就是在海拔200来米的荒山半山腰处一片田地里，支起一个帐篷。帐篷宽4米，长5米，顶村里两间茅草屋大。王强说，赌场老板有好几个，基本都是施秉县人，他也不全认识。
慢慢地，各种名牌车聚集在荒山脚下。老山村的村民也注意到这些外地牌照的汽车。王强注意了下，来赌钱的老板基本来自施秉县、台江县、三穗县，本地赌客很少。
要在赌场坐庄，每小时收费4000元。赌场玩得最多的就是“滚地龙”，这是一种在贵州、湖南、四川等地盛行的赌博道具。“滚地龙”是由一个超级大盒子和三个大骰子组成，骰子上画着龙、虎、蛇等动物形象。盒子张开敞开摆放成梯形状，三个骰子成平行状从盒子顶端滚到盒子底部，通常以点数大小或者三个骰子里画的图案来押注。
这种赌法输赢很快，赌注往往都几万起。赌场从中午11点开始营业，到下午5点关门，晚上老板们各自开车回家。王强说，短短六个小时，输赢可以上百万。赌场也会找镇上的餐馆订饭，几十块钱一个盒饭，让一些本地生意人也乐得给老板们行个方便。
这小小的帐篷赌场，最多的时候能聚起200来人。有赌客在赌桌旁赌钱，大部分人则围成一圈看热闹。赌场里有专门看场子的打手，以防止有人闹事儿。在赌场营业的几个月时间里，也从来没有过纠纷。
在王强望风的这段时间里，从来也没有警察来查抄过。
1月13日下午，王强像往常一样在山上望风。他距离赌场有2公里多，如果有情况，他会打电话给赌场里的联络人。当天，赌场里的生意一般，约有七八十个赌客。
3点半，王强听到身后一声巨响。不知道为何，他当时第一反应是：“警察来围剿赌场来了！”他飞快地跑下山先躲了起来。大多数午睡的村民，也被这一声巨响震醒了。当天，王强就从其他村民口中得知，赌场被炸了。
村里正在收缴爆炸物
有村民在爆炸后跑到现场，看到“现场被炸得乱七八糟，大棚七扭八歪地倒着，到处都是碎片，大约在大棚中央的位置，有一个1米多深的大坑，四周横七竖八地倒着死伤者，现场断肢残骸随处可见”。大约在大棚正中央的位置，可以见到一个1米多深的大坑，直径约2米。北青报记者坐着摩托从山路进村时，村民还能指出哪里曾有过一个炸死的人。警方很快封锁了现场，限制外来车辆人员进入。
伤者被送到凯里市内的黔东南州人民医院和贵阳医学院第二附属医院(418医院)。据医生介绍，伤者身上均是爆炸物冲击造成的外伤，有的因伤势较重已经转院。但因为病房均有多名武警把守，北青报记者未能接触到伤者。
爆炸对老山村最大的改变是，过去很少有警察来村里，这两天警察来得多了。记者在村里正赶上民警进山勘察。村头则贴着村委会1月14日的通知，表示根据凯里市人民政府、市公安局的通知，村里开展民爆物品清缴行动，希望各家各户主动上缴私藏的雷管、炸药等民爆物品。主动上缴者不追究任何责任，否则将追究刑事责任。
当地村民说，附近煤矿众多，想搞些雷管等爆炸物很容易，当地过去不乏用雷管爆炸报复仇人的事例。
14日当天，警方已锁定35岁的男子吴波有重大作案嫌疑。警方公布的协查通报显示，该男子身份证号码为522623197901010015，户籍地址为贵州省施秉县城关镇中沙大道14号，有吸毒史。协查通报呼吁群众发现此人及时联系公安机关，对提供线索抓获嫌疑人的，公安机关给予奖励。
爆炸发生后，王强得知警方从他家里搜到了他的身份证，还把他的弟弟带走，知道自己也已是警方的目标。他一度跑出龙场镇，但很快又返回来。“根本逃不掉的，这样提心吊胆，还不如去自首。我就是个望风的而已。”王强说。
逃亡的日子他不敢开手机，看到附近有警车就以为是抓自己的。在和北青报记者聊天的一个小时中，他从老山村的山路边，跑到附近一处公厕旁边，不一会儿又躲到一处废弃的茅草屋里。他始终焦虑不安，每说几句话就要重复“我不知道该不该说”、“我就是个望风的，现在成通缉犯了”、“你千万别透露我的名字”。
得知公安机关已刑事拘留犯罪嫌疑人8人，其中自首3人，他已下定决心向公安机关投案自首。
投案前，他焦虑得一天没吃饭。1月15日中午，他找到一个熟悉的朋友给自己带了碗镇上的羊肉粉，在山路旁的茅草屋里匆忙地吃了两口，就“实在吃不下去了”。他曾试图让记者帮自己向公安说情，后来又意识到这不合适。
下午3点来钟，他坐上了一位村民的摩托车，直奔镇上的派出所。“我去投案了。”说这话时他表情显得轻松许多。(文中王强为化名)
