“费用全部通过旅行社提供的票据进行报销，这个组纪委认定是公款旅游，性质比较严重。”沈阳市纪委党风廉政建设办公室主任范洪刚介绍。

沈阳市纪委认定：市司法局局长由于负有领导责任，给予党内警告处分；对率队公款旅游的副局级巡视员李志新，给予党内严重警告处分；其他两位副局级干部被处以党内警告处分。
