湘潭市政协秘书长周佩珞透露，会议期间委员不能相互宴请，也不能到外面宴请。同时会议贯彻落实中央“各级领导干部不得在禁止吸烟的公共场所吸烟”新规，禁止委员在公共场所、会场、讨论地点吸烟。今年湘潭政协会议期间，工作人员数量缩减1/3，办会经费大大减少。

怀化市溆浦县两会，除简化报到流程外，还精简了会议工作人员，会场布置更加简洁大方，同时两会规定，会议期间一律用自助餐代替圆桌用餐等。

清新精炼务实

湘潭市人大常委会秘书长肖树人透露，今年有关会议的材料、决议草案等文件，只印发给每个代表团或代表小组，不再是每位代表人手一份，会务材料能不打印尽量不打印，避免材料重复印发，节省了纸张及办公费用。

从内心接受节俭才是关键
