新京报讯(记者 许路阳) 记者今日多方证实了解到，中国人民大学昨日召开会议，宣布原常务副校长冯惠玲、原常务副书记牛维麟因年龄原因不再担任校领导，由校党委原副书记、原副校长(兼)王利明接任常务副校长，北京市委副秘书长张建明接任常务副书记。据了解，由牛维麟兼任的该校纪委书记一职，在会上未宣布接任安排。据人民大学新闻发言人介绍，上述任命由教育部党组在今年1月初做出决定，接下来，该校校领导仍将有局部调整。公开资料显示，张建明，1957年出生，也是一名“老人大”，本科、硕士期间皆在人民大学就读，后留校工作，一度担任该校党委副书记，后来到北京市委工作，此番调整，亦有“回归”母校工作之意。
王利明
王利明，男，1960年生，湖北仙桃人，中共党员，新中国第一位民法学博士。现任中国人民大学常务副校长，国务院学位委员会法学学科评议组成员兼召集人，中国法学会副会长，中国法学会民法学研究会会长，九届、十届、十一届全国人大代表，九届全国人大财经委员会委员，十届全国人大法律委员会委员、十一届全国人大法律委员会委员、全国人大财经委委员，教育部人文社会科学委员会委员，教育部全国高等学校法学学科教学指导委员会副主任委员。
张建明
张建明，男，1957年生，祖籍江苏江阴，生于上海。
1982年——1989年就读于中国人民大学，获哲学学士和社会学硕士学位。本科和研究生期间，曾任校学生会主席、北京市学联主席，北京市青联副主席等。
1989年留校工作，历任校党委宣传部副部长、社会学系副主任、系党总支书记、校党委组织部部长。
1997年——2003年任中国人民大学党委副书记。
2003年起任北京市教育工作委员会常务副书记。
2009年起任北京市委副秘书长。
2014年1月接任人民大学常务副书记。
