一、中国电信今日公布2013年12月运营数据。数据显示，中国电信当月移动用户仅新增11万，累计达1.8558亿户；3G用户数仅新增73万，累计达1.0311亿。中国电信在公告中表示，移动用户净增放缓主要是由于竞争对手推出LTE服务及加强营销推广，市场竞争加剧所致。拟于今年第一季度推出LTE服务时加大营销推广。

固网业务方面，2013年12月，中国电信本地固话用户减少71万，累计为1.558亿户。宽带用户新增67万户，累计用户突破1亿户，达1.001亿户。

二、中国联通今天发布2013年12月份运营数据，当月3G用户新增351.9万户，2013年全年新增4614万，累计达1.226亿户；中国联通本月新增移动用户数为239.8万，移动用户数累计达2.80983亿户。

固网业务方面，2013年12月份，中国联通本地固话用户净减42万，累计用户数为8764.3万。宽带用户新增4.5万户，累计6464.7万户。
