2 Shanghai H7N9 avian flu deaths， one of them to 31 years old doctor

Patient Wu, male, aged 77, Shanghai Hukou, and farmers. On January 18, the patient about died. So far this year, Shanghai reported a total of 7 cases of human infection H7N9 avian flu confirmed cases are sporadic cases. All close contacts of cases, have been implementing measures to health watch, and there are no exceptions.

According to state regulations, starting from November 1, 2013, Shanghai people have been infected with H7N9 avian flu into Group b infectious disease management.

　　据通报，患者张某某，男性，31岁，上海市户籍，医务人员。患者已于1月18日凌晨4时左右，经抢救无效死亡。1月19日，患者样本实验室检测结果为H7N9禽流感病毒核酸阳性，经市级临床专家组依据病例的临床表现、实验室检测结果和流行病学调查情况，综合判定该病例为人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例。

　　患者吴某某，男性，77岁，上海市户籍，农民。患者已于1月18日0时左右，经抢救无效死亡。1月19日，患者样本实验室检测结果为H7N9禽流感病毒核酸阳性，经市级临床专家组依据病例的临床表现、实验室检测结果和流行病学调查情况，综合判定该病例为人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例。

　　上海今年以来共报告7例人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例，均为散发病例。所有病例的密切接触者，均已落实健康观察措施，目前无异常情况。

　　根据国家规定，从2013年11月1日开始上海市已将人感染H7N9禽流感纳入乙类传染病进行管理。
