Yinchuan, shizuishan, Ningxia 5 prefecture-level cities, such as Chongqing, Zhengzhou, Jinan, binzhou and a total of 9 cities can call by China Telecom and China Unicom. 4 Tianjin, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Chengdu cities via China Telecom's call. 本报北京1月19日电 （记者鲍丹）据交通运输部统计，截至目前，全国已有45个城市开通全国统一的12328交通运输服务监督电话，春运第一天起即可受理群众对交通运输服务的监督、咨询和投诉举报。
据了解，截至目前，北京、上海和江苏的南京、无锡等13个地级市以及江西的南昌、景德镇等11个地级市，本地用户可以通过固定电话或移动电话直接拨打12328，异地用户可加拨长途电话区号拨打。宁夏的银川、石嘴山等5个地级市和重庆、郑州、济南、滨州共9个城市可以通过中国电信和中国联通拨打。天津、广州、深圳、成都等4个城市可以通过中国电信拨打。青岛、枣庄、临沂、菏泽、鄂尔多斯等5个城市可以通过中国联通拨打。呼和浩特可以通过中国铁通拨打。
下一步，交通运输部将组织各地加快推进12328电话系统建设，年内将在全国其他地级以上城市陆续开通，以更好地服务人民群众安全便捷出行。
