导读：“以前还没人给我发过东西。”拿到了工资，参加了学校里的联欢会，收到了学校发的年货，2014年的第一个月，王秀青说：“有了稳定的工作，这个年可以踏实地过了。”
2013年，王秀青成了人们嘴里热议的“井底人”：为了打工还债，生活在废弃井下的流浪者。然而，在有关部门和社会各界人士的帮助下，王秀青的人生发生了改变：从井底人成为了学校后勤部的王师傅。
“以前，感觉那是一个人的世界，现在过的是一种集体生活。”王秀青不会忘记当年在井下靠6根蜡烛取暖的日子；但是现在的他所感受的是另一种温暖，能让他心里感到踏实的温暖。

第一次拿到单位发的年货
16日晚上8点半，刚刚参加完学校教职工新年晚会的王秀青和住在同寝室的董师傅缓缓走回二教108室，一边议论着晚会上的节目，一边时不时低头看看右手拎着的六必居礼盒。
“晚会上让抽奖，我抽中了一盒泡菜啥的，准备带回去，以前还没有人给我发过东西。”说到这儿，王秀青露出憨厚的笑容，和他第一次拿到劳动合同时是一样的表情。此时，距离他正式告别井下生活、来到北京城市学院工作已有36天的时间。
回到寝室，他将刚刚抽中的礼品放在床头柜上，旁边还有一盒大红门肉制品礼盒。“里面那盒是学校发的，听说学校还要发些蛋糕啥的，到时候过年就一块儿带回去。我就不买年货了，家里人都给准备的差不多了，从北京这儿带太多东西回去也不方便。”
说起刚刚结束的职工晚会，王秀青说，“我也没有什么才能，就坐在底下当观众，我们后勤部门有两个年轻的小伙子上台表演了一些节目。学校还准备了一些晚饭，我们就边吃边看。”被问起第一次参加新年晚会有什么感受，他说，“晚会上啥都有，唱歌的跳舞的挺热闹。以前，感觉那是一个人的世界，现在过的是一种集体生活。”

害怕一个人待着
期待一个踏实的春节
王秀青总说他感谢那些默默给予他关怀的好心人。相比一个月之前的状态，现在的王秀青显得精神了不少，脸上写着的凝重也慢慢褪去，但井下蜗居的日子，依旧在他的生活里留下了一些抹不掉的印迹。“之前学校运来一批旧衣服，城市学院是中转站，我在里面挑了一件，虽然不新但挺工整的。”同寝室的董师傅说他也挑了一件，但是怕家里人嫌脏，就一直放在房间里，也没穿。
除了这件免费淘来的“新”衣服，外壳松了的收音机、五块钱一包的黄果树牌香烟和井外拾得的三星手机也依旧陪伴在他的身边。收音机外壳容易掉，他用红色的皮筋仔细系上，“里面是好的，就是外壳松了。这两天寝室里的电视没有信号，无聊的时候还得靠它打发时间。我也没有什么特别喜欢的节目，哪个台清楚就听哪个。”
他说，“学校里很多地方不能随便抽烟，以前一天就要抽掉一包，现在抽的少了，有时候两天抽完一包。不想走远的时候，我就在学校门口的书报亭买包七块五的红塔山，但那个不好抽，我还是习惯抽那种五块钱的黄果树。”
他的手机依旧还是那部在井外捡的“拼装货”。“手机壳和电池都掉在路边，我把它们拼在一起，没想到还能用，后来装了小孩子的手机卡，就一直用到现在。虽然它挺旧的，但家里人联系我很方便。”
井下的王秀青每月靠着6根蜡烛寻找温暖，搬到寝室里的他说现在反而有点怕黑。“以前住在同寝室的刘师傅因为家里有急事请假回家了，晚上大楼里一个人都没有，空荡荡的有些可怕，所以后来董师傅就搬进来了，两个人有个伴儿好些。”
“和以前相比，这个新年并没有什么特别的，只是过得更加踏实一些。”王秀青说，他还没有想好新年要怎么过。“应该就和以前一样吧，一家人一块包点饺子，晚上聚在一块聊聊天。”

“有了好心人的帮助，回家的路不那么波折了”
王秀青的家在怀柔区长哨营乡遥岭村，他说，现在如果想回家，还得回到丽都饭店附近搭乘公交车。“我哪年过年回家都坐公交车，在丽都饭店那儿先坐936路到于家园，完了再从于家园坐车到汤河口镇，最后再坐一趟回乡里的公交车回家，总共花费也就十块八毛钱。如果路上换乘顺利的话，4个多小时能到家。我上次大清早从城市学院这边走，中午11点就到家了，还赶上了家里的一顿午饭。”
他知道丽都那儿有大巴车可以直接回家，但是对比过价格之后还是决定放弃了。“舍不得，那种大巴车特别贵，单程就得要70块钱，过年期间估计还要涨价，所以我每次还是搭公交车回家。”他说，“学校今年安排我们后勤的27日回家，我估计也是那天走，具体的还没计划好。今年有媒体的说要跟我一块回去，有可能不用搭公交车了。”
“在外面待久了，有时候跟家里待不住。”王秀青说今年过完年他打算利用学校放寒假的间隙打短工。“过完年，我还准备回北京找个短期的工作先做着，只要难度不是太大都行，最好是工资能日结的那种。”被问起是否还想过帮别人擦车，他说：“想过，但是不会再去丽都饭店那里，有些不好意思。”

拿到了工资 两次去还钱
王秀青每天的工作从早上7点半开始，每次出门之前，他都会穿上学校发的绿色工作服，再从床头柜上把工作用的一双白手套戴好。见白手套擦上了灰，他轻轻地搓搓双手，不紧不慢地拿起放在一旁的扫帚和簸箕，走向门外。
“学校每周六有一天的休息时间，有时候说不准还要加班什么的。现在和以前不一样，不能那么随随便便的就走了。”对于学校的安排，王秀青已经不再陌生，这一个月对他而言更重要的意义在于“调整”。“刚来的时候还挺不适应，主要是弄不清方向，只能跟在人家后面，人家上哪儿我就上哪儿，过了一段时间之后才慢慢调整过来，现在学校里的一些办公地点和方位基本都能弄清楚了。”
这两天，校园里来了不少参加各地美术学院招考的学生。“最近的工作主要是跟着布置布置考场，摆摆小马扎，给学生考试的时候用。”这段日子，他被临时借调到保洁队。“这两天学生多，学生一走，地上留了不少垃圾，我们就跟着清理清理。”
“上个月25日的时候学校就发了工资，基本工资1600块，额外补贴还有1000多。这个月学校老师20日放假，估计工资还会提前两天发。”王秀青说，上个月发了工资之后他去丽都饭店那边，想找当时借了人家钱的司机，把剩下的3000块钱还给人家，“但是去了两次都没看到人。”
为了孩子上学的事情，王秀青还向亲戚借了不少钱。“现在每个月工资也稳定了，欠亲戚的2.6万元也可以慢慢还上了。之前好心人给了不少钱，王景如(环卫工人)借我的3万元基本有了着落。我也没啥新年愿望，就想着过年这段时间有空的话，把环卫工的钱赶紧给还了。”他不住地说，“从城市学院到丽都饭店那边很方便，坐983路公交车，半小时就能到。”

走出“井底”的王秀青
去年12月4日，有市民向媒体反映偶然发现有人在朝阳区丽都花园路井底下居住，担心其生命安全；
12月5日，媒体曝光，丽都地区的热力井井下住着多人，每当夜色降临，他们便会钻进热力井井底，1962年出生的河北滦平人王秀青是其中一员。王秀青常住怀柔区长哨营乡遥岭村其爱人家，因家庭困难，在丽都饭店附近帮人洗车，为节省开销才找到井底居住；
12月6日，丽都热力井被封，王秀青借住岗亭；
12月10日，王秀青与北京城市学院签订了劳动合同，正式成为该校后勤部门一名员工，除了每月3600元的稳定薪水和社保外，他还搬进了学校为他安排的宿舍。王秀青与学校签订了一份为期三年的劳动合同，有效期至2016年12月9日。总务处负责人刘女士介绍，王秀青到学校总务处从事工勤工作，从事修理桌椅、维护花卉和巡楼等简单工作，试用期为一个月，后期将根据他的实际情况再做安排，并进行相应的岗位培训。
