　　北京律协表示，根据《北京市律师协会会员纪律处分规则》的规定，会员对处分决定不服，可以在接到处分决定书之次日起三十个工作日内向复查委员会提出书面复查申请。如被处分律师在申请期内提出复查申请，北京市律协将在复查结束后分别向社会及行业进行通报。如被处分律师未提出申请，协会将根据规定，分别向社会及行业进行通报。
