Foreign scientists plotted by satellite for the first time China air pollution map

　　法国国家太空研究中心(CNRS)说，科学家们对这项技术的成功应用感到惊讶，但是这项成功测绘需要两个条件。

　　首先，天气状况必须是“稳定的”，这样污染能聚集在地表。

　　其次，地表空气与高层空气之间要有较大温差，以便能够显现污染的热辐射。

　　报告说，这项技术可能会为中国对付严重的雾霾提供帮助。

　　报告还说，卫星可以成为监视污染云状况和预测污染云运动的有力工具，以帮助当局及时地向居民发出警报和建议。
