  如果公务员工资低,为什么还有那么多人挤破头考公务员?对此,刘林回答,报考人多是因为大学生就业难,很多企业不愿意招没经验的应届生,公务员应届生都可以报考。


  “公务员相对是比较稳定的工作。而且公务员刚开始可能起薪比企业高,但企业后面提得特别快。”


  刘林认为,公务员薪酬要定一个标准,至少要提高到中等以上程度,再根据每年的物价上涨进行调整。
