　　“造谣者是外地来呼打工人员，今年42岁，出于好奇，编造了这一谣言，现在已经被行政拘留。”回民区公安分局网安大队大队长张栋梁说。

　　张栋梁告诉记者，依据《治安管理处罚法》第25条第1款：“散布谣言，谎报险情、疫情、警情或者以其他方法故意扰乱公共秩序的，处5日以上10日以下拘留，可以并处500元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处5日以下拘留或者500元以下罚款”的规定，决定对其处以5日行政拘留。
