Huang Kangsheng was elected Vice Chairman of the 11th Guizhou Provincial Committee of the CPPCC

　　中新网贵阳1月19日电 (记者 杨茜鲍光翔) 19日下午，贵州省政协十一届二次会议举行第四次全体会议，补选黄康生为政协第十一届贵州省委员会副主席。

　　会议以无记名投票方式，补选黄康生为政协第十一届贵州省委员会副主席，补选高国成为政协第十一届贵州省委员会常务委员。

　　此次大会应到委员591名，实到委员513名，符合规定人数。

　　会议还通过《中国人民政治协商会议第十一届贵州省委员会第二次会议选举办法》和《政协第十一届贵州省委员会第二次会议选举总监票人、监票人名单》。

　　1952年出生的黄康生为贵州册亨县人，布依族。自1971年先后在贵州册亨、望谟任职；1992年任贵州省黔西南布依族苗族自治州副州长，1993年至2003年任黔西南州州长。2003年以后，黄康生先后任贵州省人大常委会副主任、贵州省委常委、贵州省副省长。
