李奇说，在政务信息公开方面，有的领导干部存在本位主义思想，涉及到本地区、本部门利益或自身利益时，不愿公开、不敢公开；有的政府部门把自己掌握的信息资源作为筹码，进行信息寻租，以维护其既得利益。
李奇同时表示，有些公开的信息只提供孤立数据，不提供相关的历史数据做对比，很难获取充分信息，而统计数据“打架”也不是新鲜事了。“由于诚信缺失加之监管不力，社会经济运行中还存在大量虚假错误信息，严重干扰了市场经济秩序”。
为此李奇认为，应把政务信息公开纳入制度化轨道，进一步丰富政务信息公开内容。“加大对民生关系密切事项的公开力度，公开惠民富民政策、城乡建设规划、重大工程招投标、行政许可事项与取消等方面的信息，”他说。
江苏省省长李学勇在听取委员发言后提出，政协委员的建议有为民的情怀，通过基层调研反应民生、民情，政府会对委员提案进行认真梳理和研究，抓好落实，及时向政协汇报政府工作情况，自觉接受政协监督。(完)
