Premier Li keqiang met here on 20th and Belarus held talks Prime Minister Miasnikovich.
Li said that Belarus are good friends and good partners of mutual trust. After the talks, Li and white Miasnikovich witnessed the comprehensive development plan for a strategic partnership (2014-2018), such as the signing of bilateral cooperative documents.

国务院总理李克强20日下午在人民大会堂同白俄罗斯总理米亚斯尼科维奇举行会谈。
李克强说，中白是相互信任的好朋友、好伙伴。去年7月，习近平主席与卢卡申科总统共同宣布建立中白全面战略伙伴关系。双方要以此为契机，在政治上加强交往、彼此支持，在合作上拓宽领域、提升质量，在国际事务中密切沟通、更好协作，促进两国共同发展和繁荣。
李克强指出，中白双方将共同宣布并推进实施《中白全面战略伙伴关系发展规划》，这会使两国重点领域务实合作不断取得新发展。
一是完善合作机制。建立中白副总理级政府间合作委员会，加强对双边合作的统筹规划和指导。
二是推动大项目和交通运输合作。将中白工业园做大做强，发挥示范作用。建立合资企业，共同开发第三方市场。开展国际交通、物流运输、交通基础设施等领域合作。
三是创新高科技合作模式。发挥各自优势，推动双方在激光、纳米、生物、微电子技术等领域开展深度合作，共同提升两国科技实力和国际竞争力。
四是加强人文和地方交流。扩大教育合作，密切青少年之间的往来，开展多种形式的地方和民间交流，进一步加深中白人民之间的了解和友谊。
米亚斯尼科维奇表示，白方高度评价中国经济社会发展取得的巨大成就。白中友好合作基础雄厚，双方应不断加强白中战略伙伴关系。白方愿与中方拓展投资、高科技合作，推进白中工业园区建设，加强交通物流领域合作，共同推动“丝绸之路经济带”建设，将双边互利合作提高到新水平。白方愿为中国企业赴白投资兴业创造良好条件。
会谈后，李克强与米亚斯尼科维奇共同见证了《中白全面战略伙伴关系发展规划(2014-2018年)》等双边合作文件的签署。
会谈前，李克强在人民大会堂北大厅为米亚斯尼科维奇举行欢迎仪式。全国政协副主席刘晓峰等出席。
