昨天下午，记者来到中山陵风景区明陵路1号，曾经被媒体曝光过的“国品燕鲍翅馆”已经更名为“国品酒店”，门口挂上了一条醒目的红底黄字条幅：“倡节俭、反浪费、吃多少、点多少，坚决拥护‘国八条’”，门口停放的也都是普通牌号的小轿车。记者表示要预定当晚的包间，服务员表示包间并不紧张，而在以前则基本不可能定到。服务员表示，酒店被曝光后，积极转型，推出价格亲民的菜品，并重新更换了菜单。
记者：你们这应该比以前便宜多了？
国品酒店服务员：是便宜多了，以前的时候五、六百，上千的一个人，现在没有最低消费了。
记者：现在生意还好啊？
国品酒店服务员：比以前差多了。
中山陵风景区另一处高档会所“富润钟山”，也转型为亲民的“钟山茶社”，并在醒目位置贴出了“大众消费、提供简餐”的宣传语。
记者：政府的来吃的还有啊？
工作人员：没有，现在一般主要就是大众。我们下面会有那种茶水，也有那种十几块钱还有几块钱，反正你进来都可以坐这喝杯茶都可以，免费提供白开水。
会所揭开面纱，即便目标人群成了广大群众，愿意在里面消费的人群却还是少数。“钟山茶社”的窗外正是钟山体育公园，公园里数百市民利用周末放风筝、骑单车。茶社内，落地窗旁，只有一桌客人。

南京市下力气整治“会所中的歪风”，尤其是一些寄生于历史建筑，公园、绿地的私人会所更是监管的重中之重。重拳之下，效果逐渐显现。不过，记者调查发现还有一些藏身于景区中的会所，在用独创的方式应对着检查，昂贵菜品依然供应。
江南四大名园之一——瞻园是南京现存历史最久的一座园林，是国家级文物保护单位。在瞻园幽静的西花园里，一家名叫“花园一号”的饭店依然运营着。
门卫：多少个人？多少个人我才能带你看包间。
记者：六七个人。
门卫：六七个人？可以啊。
记者翻看了菜单，发现菜单上，菜品价格并不高，凉菜20到30，最贵的一两百元。但饭店副经理说，有的菜，菜单上没有：
副总经理：我们正因为不豪华，所以检查都没问题。
记者：有没有再好一点的？
副总经理：有的特别高档的菜我们都不敢放上面，像鳄鱼尾、辽参我们都不敢放，但是你们要是提出要求的，我们就可安排。
记者询问饭店是否有“更能拿得出手的菜”，这位副经理立刻报出了几个高档菜名——而为什么这些菜有，但是却不能在菜单上见到？这名负责人的解释是：为了检查能通过。
副总经理：我跟你讲，我们这个文化部来查都过关了。因为我们没有高档菜，但是你们确定了，跟我们说你们想吃什么，我们都能帮你安排。我们连娃娃鱼都有。
记者：娃娃鱼不算什么啊。
副总经理：娃娃鱼二级保护动物呢，一只好几千呢。
记者：是野生的吗？
副总经理：是，但是我们经营是有许可证的。
在记者临出门时，一直随同的一名酒店工作人员多次小声叮嘱记者，来吃饭一定要低调——因为这里属于私人会所性质。
工作人员：你们这些客人，具体我不能多说，但按道理来讲，我们这里属于私人会所，像你们这样，我们还是持怀疑态度的。过来吃，没有问题，只要你们不开公家车牌。
记者以要邀请领导为由，多次询问饭店的私密性，这名副总经理信誓旦旦地保证，绝对不会被拍，也不会被检查——因为这一处景点是归文物局管，安全。
副总经理：我们这不属于园林局管，我们属于国家文物局管，5A保护单位，最高文物级别，跟故宫一个级别。
记者：在南京的话，水街那边呢？
副总经理：水街基本上关门，水街已经被查了三次，人家都不敢去吃，是因为那儿老是给查。
记者随即探访了武定门城墙脚下、紧邻白鹭洲公园的水街。这儿是南京市内秦淮河滨水休闲街区，也有多家高档的餐饮会所。记者在水街注意到一个奇怪的现象——水街的路标牌上，原本写着“白鹭洲会所”、“钱塘会所”，但是现在路标上的“会所”字样全被扣去变成白色。但是依然能通过残存的字样，和底下对应的英文注释“club house”辨认出这儿原来写着的是“会所”。正在营业的一家名叫“钱塘会所”的饭店里，工作人员说，他们这儿私密性很好，门口写着游人止步的牌子，除了临近秦淮河上乘船经过的游客，不会有别人进来。
工作人员：没有人，不会有人拍的。除了游客可能拿手机拍风景之类。除了我们几个服务员在包间，其他不会有人进来拍的。
工作人员告诉记者，如果要用餐，要尽早预定，晚了就不一定有房间了。
工作人员：有时候包间有可能被别人先预定。现在家庭聚会比较多嘛，包间有可能不够用。
工作人员的解释是，忙碌是因为“家庭聚会”很多，而在记者拍摄到的一张1月18号的备菜单上，分明列着“官燕、血燕、辽参、八至十头南非干鲍、鱼唇”等昂贵菜品。
南京市的通知很明确，狠刹会所歪风，该取缔的取缔，该停业整顿的停业整顿。对于整顿过程当中，以“阴阳菜单”等方式应付检查，依然顶风经营的会所，该如何处理？又将如何确保不会有漏网之鱼？中国之声将继续关注。
