法制晚报讯 (记者 王婷婷) 石家庄市中级人民法院今日一审宣判，被告人吕月庭因犯投放危险物质罪，被判无期徒刑。
2007年12月至2008年1月底，日本千叶、兵库两县共有9人在食用了河北省天洋食品加工厂生产的速冻水饺后，先后出现了呕吐、腹泻等中毒症状。随后河北省承德市也有4人在食用了同一工厂生产的水饺后出现类似情况。经查，被告人因对该厂工资待遇不满，用注射器往冷库中的速冻水饺注射甲胺磷。
2013年7月30日上午，河北省石家庄市中级人民法院依法对被告人吕月庭投放危险物质一案进行一审公开开庭审理。被告人吕月庭及其辩护人到庭参加诉讼，石家庄市人民检察院检察员出庭提起公诉。此案当庭未作宣判。
案情
职工泄愤 向饺子中投毒
2008年初，河北石家庄天洋食品厂出口到日本的饺子发生中毒事件后，中国政府高度重视，日方也曾多次敦促中方公布调查结果。
2010年3月底，中国相关部门公布案情称，查明此次中毒事件是一起投毒案件，中国警方已将犯罪嫌疑人吕月庭抓捕归案。经查明，犯罪嫌疑人吕月庭因对天洋食品厂工资待遇及个别职工不满，为报复泄愤，在饺子中投毒。吕月庭对投毒作案供认不讳。
公安机关已提取到吕月庭作案用的注射器，并收集到大量的证人证言。2010年8月10日，河北省石家庄市检察院以投放危险物质罪向该市中级法院起诉了制造商天洋食品厂的前临时工吕月庭。
宣判投毒职工 一审被判无期
据《河北日报》报道，2013年7月30日，石家庄市中级人民法院公开开庭审理被告人吕月庭投放危险物质案。
石家庄市检察院指控，2007年7月至8月间，吕月庭利用工作之便进入工厂冷库，用注射器向产品中注射甲胺磷未遂。同年10月至12月间，吕月庭使用注射器，先后三次进入冷库向大约6至9箱速冻饺子内注射甲胺磷。
被注射甲胺磷的速冻饺子销往日本和我国承德市后，致日本千叶县市川市山田摩衣等5人、兵库县高砂市高桥光成等3人、千叶县千叶市荒牧芳美，我国承德市高峰等4人食用后中毒。
经法医鉴定，山田摩衣损伤程度属重伤；高桥光成、高峰等6人损伤程度属轻伤；荒牧芳美等6人损伤程度属轻微伤。吕月庭投放危险物质行为，致使天洋食品厂召回产品、封存产品及原材料，全面停产。
石家庄市检察院认为，被告人吕月庭投放危险物质致一人重伤、多人轻伤和轻微伤，并造成重大财产损失，情节恶劣、后果严重，应当以投放危险物质罪追究其刑事责任。
石家庄市中级人民法院今日一审宣判，被告人吕月庭因犯投放危险物质罪，被判无期徒刑。
