刘长春表示，她很期待即将开展的路侧占道停车特许经营，希望能够加快推进，通过更加公开的方式来选择停车管理企业，以便为市民提供更加规范的服务。
建立监督巡查机制
市政协委员朱良建议，建立道路停车秩序监督员巡查制度，通过雇用专职监督员、聘请志愿者担任兼职监督员等形式，组建停车秩序监督员队伍。由监督员对路段进行全天明察暗访，巡查时看到停车位上有车辆停放，就把停车位编码和时间记录下来。
