　　有媒体此前报道，这名张姓医生连续发烧两天仍坐镇急诊外科，1月17日凌晨，突然感觉自己胸闷、气短，他被推进抢救室抢救，随后又转入重症监护室。18日凌晨4时许，因重症肺炎抢救无效死亡。

　　另外一名确诊病例吴某某，男性，77岁，上海市户籍，农民。患者已于1月18日0时左右，经抢救无效死亡。1月19日，患者样本实验室检测结果为H7N9禽流感病毒核酸阳性，经市级临床专家组依据病例的临床表现、实验室检测结果和流行病学调查情况，综合判定该病例为人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例。

　　市卫生计生委表示，上海今年以来共报告7例人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例，均为散发病例。所有病例的密切接触者，均已落实健康观察措施，目前无异常情况。

　　根据国家规定，从2013年11月1日开始本市已将人感染H7N9禽流感纳入乙类传染病进行管理。(新民网记者 李若楠)
