新发布的《院前医疗急救管理办法》明确，急救中心(站)和急救网络医院不得因费用问题拒绝或者延误院前医疗急救服务。
沈阳急救中心社会急救科科长黄来表示，沈阳120在以往的院前急救始终遵循“救人为先”的原则，在新规实施后将进一步贯彻“先抢救后收费”的原则，不会因身份、费用的问题耽误对任何人的抢救。
防止过度医疗 沈阳120实行问责制
黄来表示，除了个别新车没来得及张贴各项抢救项目的收费表，大部分急救车内都已张贴，市民可以根据表上的信息核对被收取的费用是否合理。
黄来表示，如果市民对120收的费用存在异议，可以向急救中心拨打电话或者登录急救中心官方网站进行咨询或投诉。

黄来介绍，沈阳一些人私自将面包车改成“黑救护车”，在各大医院门前“拉活”转运病人，一旦市民选择了黑救护车，患者出现紧急状况时生命安全得不到保障。
黄来介绍，沈阳目前除了周边新民市、法库县、康平县、辽中县，其他九个区的院前抢救工作都是由沈阳急救中心负责，唯一急救电话为“120”。
