颇具争议的“白衣天使”

“创收”的是是非非

5月24日，医院心电图检查报告单显示患者窦性心率56次/分，窦性心律伴心动过缓，电轴不偏。5月25日，医院对患者作阿托品心电图试验阳性，“最大心率75次/分”。邀请心内科医生会诊后，医院建议患者术前安置心脏临时起搏器，患者的儿子同意并在手术同意书上签字。记者向绵阳多家医院心内科医生咨询，他们表示，潜在窦性心动过缓的情况下进行手术，面临着极大的手术风险，术前安置心脏临时起搏器并无不妥。

对绵阳市人民医院超声科一分为二的真正原因，记者也无从知晓。但毫无疑问，兰越峰的职权明显受到了削弱。经过走访超声科员工和查阅财务报表后发现，兰越峰担任超声科主任期间，超声科有7个编制，而在职的仅5位，并接照7个人发放各种福利待遇。按照医院规定，作为超声科主任，具有自主支配两个“空饷”的权力。唯一可以证实的是，兰越峰与时任绵阳市人民医院院长王彦铭的矛盾空前激化。兰越峰也多次在网上实名发布“绵阳市人民医院王院长涉嫌腐败黑恶”之类的贴子。
