新疆查办九大领域贪污贿赂案393件
亚心网讯(首席记者 范琼燕)在18日上午举行的自治区十二届人大二次会议上，自治区高级人民法院院长乃依木·亚森作了法院工作报告，自治区人民检察院检察长尼相·依不拉音作了检察院工作报告。
乃依木·亚森在作法院工作报告时提到：要着眼于加快建设公正高效权威的社会主义司法制度，规范上下级法院审级监督关系，深化案件管辖制度改革，推进审判权运行机制改革，加大人权司法保障力度，推进涉诉信访工作改革。
新疆社会科学院法学研究所所长、研究员白莉认为：“过去自治区高院的工作报告中很少提到‘加大人权司法保障力度’，这次作为重点工作写入高院报告，无疑是对十八届三中全会精神中完善人权司法保障制度的体现，使人们有理由期待全区法院系统在今年的工作中将严格规范执法，通过司法诉讼的各个环节推动新疆人权保护机制的升级。”
法院工作报告中还提到，去年全区法院共受理各类行政案(俗称民告官)2143件，对此，自治区人大代表、新疆大学法学院教授阿里木·热克甫认为新疆“民告官”有点少，一些“民告官”案可能走不到立案。

尼相·依不拉音说，2013年全区检察机关坚持把严肃查办、积极预防职务犯罪摆在突出位置，充分发挥检察机关在反腐倡廉建设中的职能作用。去年全年立案查办贪污贿赂犯罪案件547件580人，同比上升18.1%和11.3%，其中大案262件，县处级以上国家工作人员29人，厅局级5人。加大查办行贿犯罪力度，立案查办行贿犯罪嫌疑人95人，同比增加8%。加强渎职侵权检察工作，查办渎职侵权犯罪案件121件132人，其中重特大案件34件36人。依法查办了和田行署原副专员艾山江·尕依提，新疆煤田灭火工程局原局长齐德香、副局长蔡建勇、任新敏等一批贪污受贿犯罪案件。通过办案为国家挽回经济损失8434万元。
