神童大师

就在张海四处作报告时，气功界出事了，当时国内的头号气功大师因招摇撞骗被举报后，有关部门介入调查，不久，张海也“消失”了。一年多后，他重出江湖，称自己到西藏拜过师，从此由气功大师变身藏密大师。他亲自制作录像带，批量生产并向信众销售。张海在录像带中说，很多癌症等病人，听了课学了练功后一些人痊愈了……
就在他如日中天时，气功大师纷纷出事。随后，张海再次消失在公众视野中。五年后的2002年，他再度出山，便传来爆炸性消息：入主健力宝，成为掌门人。
锒铛入狱
然而好景不长。做了两年董事长后，2004年8月26日，健力宝集团董事会的祝维沙、叶红汉二人联合召开集团董事会，免去了张海的集团董事长的职务。这年9月，一份审计报告伴随律师意见函被呈交给公安部门。该材料举报张海涉嫌侵吞资金等犯罪。
2005年3月24日，张海因涉嫌挪用健力宝巨额资金被警方刑事拘留，投入佛山看守所关押。如今，回顾多年后张海的人生之路，这里同样是改变他一生命运的地方。
在看守所中待了约莫两年光景，张海等来了人生的一场转折。2007年2月12日，佛山市中院在佛山市看守所对张海案一审宣判，张海被判处有期徒刑15年。
佛山市中院当时认定，张海利用职务便利，共侵占健力宝集团资金人民币1.207亿余元，挪用健力宝集团资金人民币8644万余元。佛山市中院据此以张海犯职务侵占罪对其判处有期徒刑10年，以犯挪用资金罪对其判处有期徒刑7年，数罪并罚后，决定执行有期徒刑15年。
张海的代理律师事后描述，判决现场是在看守所的提审室，室内有一张水泥凳子，约十多平方米。屋内挤进了10多人，包括张海及其辩护律师、法院工作人员、检察院工作人员等。判决书厚达79页，法官花了约15分钟念完主要部分。
15年的判罚，当然引起了张海的不满。他提出上诉后，2008年9月27日，广东省高院二审认定他在狱中检举他人的犯罪行为属于立功，将原审判决的有期徒刑15年改判为有期徒刑10年。
金蝉脱壳
再次进入公众视野的时候，张海面对的是质疑的目光。
2011年春节期间，张海悄然出狱了。这距他被关押只有6年左右的时间。为何被判刑10年却能6年出狱？社会上议论纷纷。有人质疑说，张海能够出狱，是因为“走了后门”。
随后，与张海相熟的人称，张海是刑满出狱，不是假释。据透露，张海当时因在狱中表现良好，并有立功表现，获得两次减刑机会，获得提前出狱。
不过，这一说法并没能打消外界的质疑。2013年9月6日，有媒体报道说，健力宝集团原董事长张海涉嫌通过暗箱操作和弄虚作假获减刑。

结局成谜
今年1月，张海徇私舞弊系列减刑案被推向高潮。
1月8日，广州市中院召开减刑假释案件新闻发布会，该院审监庭庭长陈冬梅在谈及近年一些有问题的减刑假释案的危害性时，提及了健力宝集团原董事长张海减刑案。这将一直朦朦胧胧的张海减刑案再次置于公众面前，引发纷纷议论。

广东省高院同时披露，张海不仅在监狱中的减刑属造假，原审生效判决认定其有立功表现的事实也可能有误，已立案审查。也即，张海2008年被广东省高院二审判处有期徒刑10年的判决中认定的立功也可能属造假。
支持这一结论的，似乎还有乐昌市法院的上述通报。根据通报，2006年下半年，律师徐某找到当时在佛山市看守所负责深挖扩线工作的罗某，要其为他的当事人张保(化名，一审被判刑15年)寻找检举立功线索材料，并送给罗某好处费3万元。罗某利用职务便利，将一条抢劫案的线索告知张保，并将涉嫌抢劫犯罪的嫌疑人张磊(化名)调至张保同一监仓，由张保检举张磊。佛山市看守所向广东省高院出具张保在押期间具有立功的书面意见，据此，广东省高院二审认定张保有立功情节，改判张保有期徒刑10年。
随之而来的今年广东“两会”上，张海案成为关注点之一。1月17日，在广东省政协十一届二次会议的分组讨论中，有委员说起了张海事件，并透露张海减刑牵涉到公安、法院系统40多人。
在座的广东省政协委员、广东省检察院副检察长黄武则称“张海已失踪”，并称省高院已立案，准备再审。他说，张海从进看守所开始就作假，在监狱服刑期间的立功、重大立功表现均属虚假。现在回头来查，从一审判决他15年徒刑前就已有问题了，张海在那时已在做假，如果没有做假，不止判他15年。
昨天，在广东省人大十二届二次会议分组审议两院工作报告后，记者追问张海案目前的进展，省高院主要负责人未予回复。
如今，张海身在何方，减刑舞弊案背后还牵涉哪些公职人员，法院何时再审张海案，则留下了一串长长的问号。
“盛世”危局
1973年，原佛山市三水县体委副主任李经纬被派到县里的酒厂当厂长。“当时所谓的酒厂就是一个只有几个米酒缸的作坊，李经纬来了对这些进行了改造，后来竟然弄出了一条啤酒生产线，酒厂收入大增”，当时在酒厂附近居住的老张如是告诉羊城晚报记者。后来李经纬去广州出差，第一次喝到了可口可乐，对饮料行业很是向往。在广东体育科学研究所的研究员欧阳孝主持开发下，一种橙色饮料随后被李经纬团队投入市场，取名健力宝。
1984年，胆识过人的李经纬把目光投向洛杉矶奥运会，罕有人知的健力宝成为中国代表团的指定饮料。中国女排在该次奥运会获得三连冠后，队员们喝健力宝饮料的图片被广为发布，日本有媒体将健力宝戏称为“魔水”。当时随团采访的羊城晚报记者就此写成稿件《“中国魔水”风靡洛杉矶》，报道出街后被广泛转载，健力宝一夜间名满天下。
统计数据显示，1984年健力宝的年销售额为345万元，1985年达到1650万元，1986年达到1.3亿元……1991年，李经纬首开“拉环有奖”促销，中奖者可获得5万元奖金。奖金总额开始为200万元，到1994年已增加到800万元。1994年是健力宝隆重庆祝创业10周年，是年健力宝销售超过18亿元。1997年，健力宝大厦在广州落成，总高38层，李经纬把公司总部迁到了广州，当年健力宝的销售额54亿。
此间，健力宝被国家工商局评定为第一批“中国驰名商标”，被媒体评选为“90年代中国公众心目中的十大知名品牌”之一，而中国饮料协会公布行业数据榜单上，健力宝在产量、总产值、销售收入和利税4项均排名第一……
然而此后的衰落在此时便已埋下伏笔——产权不清、权责不明、管理颇乱，健力宝仍在老国企的窠臼里摸爬滚打，政府对企业的影响和干预过大。
健力宝 三十而立再唏嘘

张海涉嫌虚假立功减刑，人已失踪或已外逃。各大媒体广泛报道此事时，仍然沿用了张海过去的头衔——健力宝集团原董事长。正低调处事、卧薪尝胆的健力宝公司拜这位前董事长所赐，再次被推向风口浪尖。
自1984年第一瓶“东方魔水”在佛山三水诞生迄今，健力宝已经走过了整整30年。其间各路豪侠纷至沓来——李经纬一骑绝尘、张海趁乱接盘、祝维沙整肃高层……一幕幕震惊全国的历史活剧在这里次第上演。
今天的健力宝早已风光不再，人们不禁在冷静之后细思其衰落的缘由……
股权之患
李经纬对企业制度问题早有警觉，他也一直在谋变。
1996年底，TCL创办人李东生与惠州市政府签订协议——李东生团队每年确保国有资产增值10%，政府则承诺经营层可以按一定的比例购买增值部分的企业股权……李经纬看到了方向。
李经纬为健力宝规划了类似的进路——健力宝在香港联合证券交易所上市，藉此解决经营团队的股权问题。李经纬的这些行为在当地有关部门眼中被视为“背叛”，这对健力宝的影响是致命的。稍后的1997年，李经纬团队提出的包括了经营层股权分配的健力宝在香港上市的方案被三水市政府拒绝批准，盛怒之下的李经纬放弃上市。
这一切迅速反映在公司经营上，自1997年后，公司销售额每况愈下，到2001年跌至31亿元，上缴利税则从1亿元降到了2000万元。2001年7月，三水市政府为健力宝召开了转制工作联席会议，90%的与会人员主张卖掉健力宝，但决不能卖给李经纬团队。此后新加坡买家、国内买家纷至沓来，但大都被李经纬成功劝回。
2002年1月9日，三水市政府与健力宝团队商定，李经纬团队一次性出资4.5亿，政府允许其买走全部健力宝股份。不想，6天后，正在筹钱的李经纬被告知，健力宝将被卖给浙江国投。1月15日，双方正式签约，浙江国投以3.38亿元购买健力宝75%的股份。李经纬含泪仰天，一言不发，此后他淡出公众视野，并不再接受媒体采访。
1月18日，李经纬脑溢血住院，不久后被罢免全国人大代表资格，理由是涉嫌贪污。李经纬团队的4位副总裁中，除一人“出逃”国外之外，其余3人全部被双规、拘捕。
健力宝伤筋动骨。
频繁易主
之后来接盘的是张海，那一年他只有28岁。
曾以“气功大师”闻名的张海此前以“凯地投资公司”进入上市公司中国高科，其后炒作深南光、银鸽投资等众多上市公司，建立了曾一度名声显赫的“凯地系”，在资本市场覆雨翻云。收购健力宝股份的浙江国投，便是他控制的方正科技旗下的一个机构。
三水对张海的到来寄望甚高，但张海却对饮料市场所知甚少，这也直接导致了其后健力宝一连串的战略失误。
花了多年经营打造的金字招牌“健力宝”，在张海的眼里不够新潮，于是他重新定位健力宝并取了个新名字“第五季”，但消费者对这个新品牌并不买账；张海认为，健力宝既有营销团队积弊较多，将其中八成辞掉换血，招聘众多大学生冲锋陷阵，营销队伍从500多人增加到6000多人，营销成本猛增但并未见效；张海在媒体投放上挥金如土动辄千万，使“第五季”迅速成名，但却出现了供货链条严重滞后很多地方无法供货的情况……
销售量再度下滑。2004年7月，健力宝在这个销售旺季的目标销售额是3亿，而实际上只完成了1亿元。是年8月23日，健力宝董事会通知张海：“董事会决议您不再是健力宝集团董事长兼总裁。”继任者是一直与张海关系微妙的祝维沙。
祝维沙一上任即发布《声明》称：“张海先生从来都不是健力宝集团的控股股东”。内部矛盾公开化的结果是讨债大军随即云集三水和广州总部，舆论哗然。祝维沙认为不应该搞已经投入众多的“第五季”，而应当做“健力神”系列，祝维沙还开始整肃高层，大量重要领导离开。最后祝维沙宣布暂停生产，并与台湾统一集团谈收购健力宝的计划，其后搁浅。
接下来，张海、祝维沙等人与深圳小护士化妆品的创办人李志达签署了股权转让的协议，李志达全面接管健力宝……
“那段时间健力宝领导换得厉害，人心涣散，一番折腾下来，元气大伤”，曾代销健力宝饮料的广州市民邓先生如是告诉羊城晚报记者。
劫后余生
2004年12月7日，三水区政府在三水基地召开了全体员工大会。“待罪之人”李经纬坐着轮椅出现在了会场，跟其一起被“双规”和拘捕的三位副总裁也同时现身，鼓舞已经低落已久的士气，但其后的效果并不明显。会后不久张海被广州警方刑拘。
2005年10月，统一集团收购了健力宝贸易公司100%的股权。一年后，健力宝夺得“中国食品行业领军企业”及“食品行业十大影响力品牌”等饮料行业年度大奖，在遭受众多劫难后再次以正面形象重回公众视野。
其后，统一集团支持健力宝以8000万元的价格成为“2010年广州亚运会指定运动饮料”，并在随后再次注资2.4亿助力健力宝的亚运营销推广。2010年7月份，健力宝贸易公司新任总经理李世政亲自上街宣传新产品，统一甚至还尝试借用自己在一、二线市场成熟的营销团队来为健力宝新产品铺货……一切都不遗余力。
“2009年、2010年前后本可以成为健力宝的复兴起点，但此时又恰逢金融危机，健力宝着实命运多舛。”长期关注饮料行业的投资专家林鹏如是告诉羊城晚报记者。
2013年4月22日，被以贪污罪判处有期徒刑15年的李经纬在三水逝世，享年74岁。
进入2014年，正处“而立之年”的健力宝动作频频——与陕西三原县签约饮料生产项目，项目占地300亩，投资7亿元，项目建成后年产值可达20亿元；为了找回曾经的忠实用户，健力宝还走进工厂、社区等寄望通过现场活动来唤醒“沉睡用户”……
“我们对健力宝是有感情的，我们也希望它能越办越好”，奥运冠军李小双在接受羊城晚报记者采访时如是说。
