业内人士分析称，就算蓝翔技校曾被盗用过IP地址，但盗用第三方IP地址进行攻击是黑客惯用的手段，借此判断攻击的元凶并不可靠。稍具网络知识的人都知道，专业黑客不会傻到直接用自己电脑发起攻击，更不会在驻地注册IP地址，也极少发动规模攻击暴露自己“藏身之地”。仅凭IP地址的通联关系就得出“攻击源头来自中国”，这种结论未免太幼稚。其实对于这种推论，连美国网络专家都坦诚是“臆想”。
