国家统计局最新发布的一份中国企业电子商务交易统计报告显示,2012年交易金额最大的企业既不是淘宝、天猫,也不是京东,而是位于深圳的富泰华工业(深圳)有限公司(下称“富泰华”)。


富泰华可能并不为外界所广泛知晓,但如果提到这家企业的投资方富士康集团,读者可能就不会感到陌生。


国家统计局对2012年30.8万家企业电子商务交易额的调查发现,在制造业企业中,富泰华在当年的电子商务交易额高达1746.31亿元。排名第二的是国家电网公司,其当年电子商务交易额为843.6亿元;第三是中兴通讯股份有限公司,电子商务交易额为763.3亿元。


而公众所熟知的京东、阿里巴巴等,在批发零售业、服务业分类排名中也没有成为第一。


根据国家统计局的调查结果,批发和零售业中电子商务交易额排前三位的企业分别是宝马(中国)汽车贸易有限公司的752.2亿元;上海医药分销控股有限公司的123.4亿元;北京京东世纪信息技术有限公司的112.7亿元。


服务业中电子商务交易额排前三位的企业分别是中国南方航空股份有限公司、浙江天猫技术有限公司和淘宝(中国)软件有限公司,电子商务交易额分别为213.0亿元、58.8亿元和58.1亿元。


为何会有这样的结果?国家统计局相关人士对记者解释说,这与调查对象和统计内容有关。



该人士表示,企业电子商务交易额是指企业利用互联网完成的商品或服务,包括了销售商品的价值和提供服务的服务费,在计算上包括工信部、商务部等多部门都是采用在网上销售或采购活动总额的平均数来表示。


统计部门所实施的调查电子商务交易额是基于对法人单位的调查,支付宝、天猫、阿里巴巴等大型电子商务企业都是一个集团,下属有若干个分公司,这些分公司往往是一个独立的法人单位,因此,他们的电子商务交易额被分散到各个具有法人资质的单位里了,所以在统计上显示就不是最大的电子商务企业了。


另外,京东这样的以自营为主的电商平台同淘宝这样的第三方平台,计算电子商务交易额的方式也是不同的。该人士称,第三方平台企业除自营外,主要是由外部企业或个人在平台上建商店销售商品,第三方平台企业只是提供服务。对于平台型企业,因为整个平台的交易额早已在平台上众多网上商店的电子商务交易额中体现了,所以计算时只是将企业自营部分和平台服务费计入电子商务交易额中。


至于为何富士康、国家电网、宝马等电子商务交易额能领先?业内人士表示,这和这些企业采用的大宗采购和销售有关。这份报告对电子商务交易额的界定是:电子商务销售额和电子商务采购额的平均值。


业内人士对记者表示,电子商务交易在中国的大型企业中已经得到了非常普遍的使用,大型企业往往会建立自身的电子商务平台,然后在这一平台上与供应商和经销商实现交易和订单处理,大到设备、线材,小到泔水处理、食堂采购都可以通过电商完成。中央企业中的国家电网、中国石化、中国移动、宝钢等多数企业已经深度开发了电子商务交易。


借助外部电商平台也是企业实现电子商务的方式之一。富士康集团就曾在阿里巴巴中国站发布了年度5000万的采购信息,采购的产品包括文具百货、劳保用品、防静电服、纸质类等商品,广泛招募合适的供应商。在采购信息发布3天内吸引了200多家供应商报名。


统计局的调查还显示,开展电子商务交易活动的企业在调查企业中所占比重尚不到一成,30.8万家的总数量上占比并不高,而且交易额主要集中在少数企业中。电子商务交易额最大的前100家企业电子商务交易额高达18322.4亿元,占全部电子商务交易额的63.6%。
