最近，三星和谷歌公司旗下的摩托罗拉公司，仍然以标准关键专利进行诉讼，在欧盟和其他国家受到调查。
本次三星被判侵犯苹果专利项目为目前智能手机上随处可见的自动修改错字系统，这有可能成为苹果公司控告其他Android厂商和谷歌公司的一大武器。
这场诉讼的下一场战役将在今年3月开打。
