身穿城管制服男子倒地
韩先生称，过了一会，双方的打斗转变为争执，两名身着城管制服的男子则在群殴后倒在了地上。“双方争论的大概意思就是，到底谁先动手的等等。但由于比较混乱而且距离也比较远，没有听得很具体。”据韩先生讲，自己通过双方争论的内容了解到，应该是城管人员在主路上拦截了大货车，当队员要求货车司机下车未果时，便试图强行打开车门，于是双方发生争执，并逐步升级为群殴。同时，韩先生告诉记者，在现场有两辆金杯车停靠在路边，前面一辆印有城管的标志，而另外一辆则没有身份特征，并且还没有安装牌照，在车牌位置只是写着“随时停车”。
城管回应正在调查中
昨天晚上，丰台城管执法监察局告诉北京晨报记者，前日22时20分左右，执法人员在丰台区南四环花乡桥检查违规渣土运输车辆时，发现一辆大货车由于车辆密闭装置不符合要求，执法队员示意该车停车接受检查，司机却视而不见。车辆行驶至西南四环路科丰桥时，执法人员再次示意接受检查，但司机拒绝下车接受检查，并用对讲机、手机联系车队其他司机。赶来的四五辆大货车将四条行车道全部堵塞。七八名司机威胁推搡执法人员及保安，其间将两名保安打倒在地。执法队员当即报警，大货车司机慌忙上车将四五辆大货车全部开走。目前，此事警方仍在调查中。
记者从122报警平台了解到，按照限行规定，早上6点到晚上11点，四环含以内道路禁止8吨(含)以下货运机动车通行。五环主路上，早上6点到晚上10点，禁止8吨(含)以上货运机动车通行。
