今天上午，北京市疾控中心对近期本市疫情进行了通报。据介绍，目前本市已经进入流感高峰期，且出现今年以来首例流感死亡病例。该死亡患者是一个73岁的老人，感染了甲型H1N1流感病毒，本身也有基础病。
现阶段本市流感病毒类型为甲型H1N1流感病毒、甲型H3N2亚型和乙型流感病毒共同流行，其中，甲型H1N1流感病毒活动度较前期明显增强。
市疾控中心副主任庞星火说，未来一段时期内，本市的流感疫情仍将维持在较高的水平，不排除在托幼机构、集体单位和人员密集场所出现流感所导致的集中发热疫情的可能。
未来不排除H7N9禽流感散发病例
市疾控中心透露，截至2014年1月22日，浙江、广东等5省市共报告63例人感染H7N9禽流感病例，病例均为散发，表明禽间疫情未被阻断。
目前全国正处于春运高峰，人员流动增加，禽类运输及交易频繁，因此，本市不排除出现人感染H7N9禽流感病例本地病例和外地输入病例的可能。
根据目前掌握的资料看，H7N9禽流感病毒尚未具备有效的人传人的能力，因此本市出现人感染H7N9禽流感大规模流行的可能性较低，将以散发病例为主。
本市流感水平未超去年同期
市疾控中心副主任庞星火介绍说，最近一段时间，全市流感样病例发病较前期明显上升，并处于较高水平。
上周全市二级以上医院累计监测门急诊就诊人数88万余人，流感样病例百分比达到2.80%。不过本市的流感水平尚未超过去年同期，但我国南方的流感强度已经超过了去年，北美一些地区的流感活动强度也比较大。
因此，疾控部门提醒准备去北美、我国南方旅游、探亲的人要注意预防流感，最好能够提前接种流感疫苗。
数字链接 今冬已出现10起发热疫情
记者从疾控部门了解到，2013年秋冬季至今，市疾控中心已经接到10起10人以上集中发热的疫情报告，这些人集中发热疫情多发生在幼儿园、中小学校、医院等人员密集的单位。10起发热疫情共涉及发热患者190例，无重症病例，无死亡病例。
截至目前，这10起疫情各项防控措施均已落实，没有发生疫情扩散。
