输入"中山九阳"，南方农村报记者在淘宝网找到42家"Jiuyong"豆浆机的淘宝店，销售十分火爆，有5家网店的付款人数已超过100人。
正牌九阳(Joyong)公司相关负责人黄先生表示，"Jiuyong"豆浆机并非正牌九阳公司产品。
据了解，2012年，佛山顺德区工商曾对销售"Jiuyong"豆浆机的商家进行过查处。2013年，内蒙古杭后工商查获多台"Jiuyong"食品加工机。

YINGHUA傍SAKURA
广东中山市樱花电气有限公司公司大楼上面挂着"樱花卫浴"的大招牌，品牌标识为一朵樱花，樱花下面写着字母"YINGHUA"，如果不了解，还以为是热水器知名品牌樱花的生产基地。南方农村报记者在国家工商总局网站上，并没有查询到广东中山市樱花电气有限公司有申请YINGHUA的商标。
据了解，真正樱花的品牌标识为一朵红色底的樱花，樱花下面的字母应该为"SAKURA". Pamasanto抄Panasonic关于"Pamasanto"(洋浦松下)热水器仿冒"Panasonic"(松下)的事件东方网曾进行过报道。
南方农村报记者在工商总局网站查到，"Pamasanto"品牌归3个公司持有，其中一家持有者"深圳木公下科技有限公司"已被宣判"商标无效"。另外有一家为浙江索爱电器制造公司，还有一家商标持有者为"中山市卡特尔电器有限公司"，注册地址在中山东凤镇。
关于其与松下的关系，其公司官方网站中注明，"1997年7月应邀出席香港回归的美国卡特尔集团总裁，在有关领导陪同下，经多方考察，决定在毗邻香港的珠三角与中山卡特尔公司、松下(Pamasanto)厨具有限公司合资筹建KATER亚洲区(中国)有限公司的生产基地"。记者发现，其将松下品牌名称写成了"Pamasanto"，而并非"Panasonic"。
