此次招聘不但有业务知识考试，包括农业实用知识、写作水平、电脑操作水平等。之外对考试成绩合格的人选还要进行道德品质、政治表现、适应岗位能力等方面的考核。同时，也要符合长期居住在所报考的村庄，一直从事农业生产等要求和条件。只有上述这些考核均符合，才能入围体检名单，体检合格之后才到 “公示”阶段：“东方市农业信息员招聘工作领导小组根据体检结果，确定拟招聘人选公示名单，并在东方市人民政府网站和拟招聘人选所在行政村进行为期七天的公示。”

　　该负责人强调，若考生要求公示各考试成绩，招聘工作领导小组也会通知各乡镇对成绩进行公示，接受各方的监督。

　　“直接被录取”的说法无依据

　　除文先生提出的质疑之外，还有人传称此次农业信息员招聘“有人被直接录取”的说法。对此，招聘工作领导小组负责人表示，这种说法无依据。此次新录取的58名农业信息员，完全按照公开公正公平的招聘程序进行。除此次新招聘的58名农业信息员，全市还有62名农业信息员。而这62人是此前已在该岗位 工作多年的老信息员，他们虽然学历不如新的考生，但他们长期从事该工作，相关的农业知识和经验相当丰富，故而被直接留用，与此次新招聘的58名农业信息员没有任何关系。
