  拆除小产权房阻力大

  “地方执法部门在拆除小产权房时,阻力很大。有的住户明知小产权房不合法,但看到建了一大片,价格便宜,自认为法不责众,就买了。也有的住户在买的时候可能是不知情,听开发商误导,查处时却指责执法人员,‘你们早干吗去了,我们房子盖或买的时候,你们怎么不管,现在住了这么久,说它是违法的’。”李建勤表示,小产权房处理的难度很大。目前全国各省区市正在开展小产权房的调查摸底工作,同时梳理违法线索,组织查处典型案件,向社会公布,刹风止乱。
