昨晚，福田区城管局回应称，果皮箱于2013年12月开始安装，计划于仅年2月完成，没有突击花钱。
委员：疑城管局年底突击花钱
1月21日，张红桥的微博“深圳政协委员金心异”称，“明天就要开市两会了，本委员今天要炮轰福田区城管局！在市委后面的益民路上，短短300米的路段，竟然被城管局放置了20对（40个）崭新的垃圾桶！周边的同心路、荔香街也是如此！严重怀疑福田城管局年底突击花钱，慷纳税人之慨！”
记者昨日走访益民路，发现这里每隔40米左右就有一对新垃圾桶，并且已经拆除了一部分，地面上还留着被拆除的痕迹。张红桥说，福田城管局在自己炮轰当晚连夜拆除了益民路上一半的垃圾桶。据悉，当晚，福田区城管局环卫科的确来到该路段进行清理拆除垃圾桶的工作。
不光益民路，记者来到同心路、荔香街走访，这里垃圾桶也是不到二十几米就有一个，并且马路两边，垃圾桶的摆放也十分对称。
城管局：属按计划安装
福田区城管局昨日回应，深圳从2012年开始全面推进垃圾分类，经过调研，2012年年底已将预算报区政府，经过申报、招投标等规定程序，新一批果皮箱于2013年12月开始安装，计划于2014年2月完成，这是按照计划安排，没有突击花钱。
对于张红桥反映的问题，福田区城管局称早前已发现问题并要求施工单位整改，前晚已整改到位。他们接下来将继续整改摆放不合理的垃圾桶。
