法制晚报讯 公园整风令出，近日记者“地毯式”走访了京城40家公园，发现曾被媒体曝光及政府点名的高档餐厅都已或将整改，如北海公园内的御膳堂、上林苑，记者探访看到仍在停业整顿；紫竹院公园内的问月楼，已对普通游客开放，并调低菜价。但仍有一些餐厅还保持着高价位，并有动作。

地点：龙潭公园 名称：万柳阁
菜品均未超一百
万柳阁位于龙潭公园东北角，可从园外的龙潭东路直接进入，也可以从园内万柳堂处穿桥而抵。
记者走进万柳阁看到，大厅内每一桌的就餐区域比较宽敞，软座，上面摆着两三个靠垫。
除了大厅，餐厅里还有包间。透过其中一间可容纳十人的包间的窗户向外望，可以看见部分湖面，直接欣赏美景。“包间提前一天预订就可以。”工作人员解释，包间没有最低消费也不收服务费，食客可以自带酒水。
这里的菜单是一个简单的塑封纸板，黄色，最上面写着“万柳阁小馆菜单”。大体分为凉菜、精品热菜、汤类、岭南烧腊、主食等。
其中，23个凉菜平均价格在35元左右，最便宜的是拍黄瓜18元/份，最贵的是58元/份的海鲜色拉黄瓜盏。
该份菜单上其他菜品的价格从十几元到近百元不等，但整张菜单上没有一款菜品超过一百元，最贵的是98元，有烧味拼盘、翠带虾球花枝片、宫爆虾球、雪花牛肉粒炒饭等，数量并不多。

20日下午1时，记者来到朝阳区红领巾公园内的乙十六餐饮，看到门前仅停了三辆汽车。
记者推开乙十六餐饮的大门，前台值班服务员称，饭店已经停业：“接到上级通知，近期开始停业整顿，暂不营业。”
但服务员说，主要是不再接新的预订，“我们现在接待的是停业整顿之前客人就预订的，是为了完成之前的约定。”
至于恢复正常营业的时间，该服务员表示并不清楚，只能等待上级通知。

朝阳公园西北角蓝色港湾附近的“公园16号”，是前一段时间被媒体曝光的另一家会所。记者在20日下午来到这里时，这个三层楼的会所南门和北门都已锁上。门上都写着“停业”二字。
“这是朝阳公园的所有饭店里规模最大、位置最好的一家。”朝阳公园内一名巡逻的保安员说，这家店关门好几个月了，之所以说这家位置最好，是因为该店三面邻水。
“公园16号就是在16号那天关门的。”这名保安员回忆说，“几个月前，他们在15号还营业呢，没想到16号就开始搬家，不知道什么原因。你看外边摆放的几十套座椅，夏天时这里座无虚席。据说里面是欧式装修，很是豪华，很多有钱人都到这里吃饭，而且每天都营业到凌晨2点。”

20日记者探访了地坛公园北门的“乙十六商务会所”，发现该会所已经停业，只剩下保安和服务员在此值班。门口保安表示，春节后才会再次继续营业。
记者在门口并没有发现“乙十六”的招牌，只在院子里看到“乙十六”的宣传海报。记者看到乙十六商务会所的院子很空，整个院子都没有人。记者以想预订位置的名义询问能否预订，门口保安告诉记者，乙十六商务会所已经停业。保安说：“就这几天停业的，大概春节以后继续营业。”至于为什么停业，保安表示并不知道。
地坛公园管理处的负责人表示，乙十六商务会所确实占用了地坛公园的地方，但是属于自主经营，和公园并无关系。

泓盛花园位于元大都遗址公园内部西侧，据了解，这处仿古建筑的餐厅主营的特色是粤菜，而人均消费则接近200元上下。
在餐厅内的包间里，记者看到，茶几、沙发等装饰都非常考究。餐厅工作人员表示，该处设有十余个包间，其中最大的可供20多人就餐。他同时称，在泓盛花园用餐并没有最低消费的限制。
该餐厅的特色菜主要包括龙虾刺身、清蒸鲈鱼及扇贝等菜式。工作人员称，龙虾的价位是598元一斤。

今天上午10时许，记者在颐和园里看到，有很多类似快餐店的小卖部，里面大部分卖有泡面、包子和肉夹馍等，价格也都在10元到20元之间。
而在园子内的一家名为听鹂馆饭庄的饭店了解到，该饭庄每天上午11时营业到下午2时30分。
菜单都是分好的几人桌，有4人桌、5人桌、8人桌等。每桌都有不同的套餐，价格也不一样。
饭庄内一名工作人员询问记者几人吃饭，随即给了记者一个4人和5人桌的菜单。记者看到，每个菜单上都已经标注好价格和菜名，5人套餐上的菜品有五味鹿肉、海参蹄筋和松鼠桂鱼等平时饭店不常见的菜品。
4人桌的菜单上标注着1478元、1038元和598元三种套餐，而5人桌套餐价格分别为748元、1298元和1848元，也是三种套餐价格。
其工作人员表示，客人可以随到随吃，饭庄营业时间是上午11时到下午2时30分。
“里面吃饭贵着呢，一桌平均五千元，你能吃得起吗？”颐和园内一名工作人员告诉记者，营业时间也都是定点的，里面有满汉全席，听说都是御宴呢。
注：记者走访了本市40家公园，发现其中21家公园内有餐饮场所，但大部分只提供家常菜，只有小部分存在私人会所和高档娱乐场所。

21.北京植物园：在公园内卧佛寺旁边有一卧佛山庄，主要经营京菜和鲁菜等一些家常菜。最贵的一道菜是多宝鱼，论条卖，价格不超过270元。有宫保鸡丁和土豆丝等10多元及20多元的家常菜，服务员说，10多元的疙瘩汤最受游客喜欢。
