港澳委员建议多开港澳航班

郭树清称自己是治霾组长

郭树清重点谈到了政府和市场的关系问题。他说，十八届三中全会提出要发挥市场在资源配置中的决定性作用，这意味着政府直接干预市场的行为要大大压缩。
“但也有很多需要政府做的事，现在做得还不够，政府应该主动把市场能够发挥作用的领域让出来。”郭树清表示，但这不意味着政府无所作为。直接干预市场的行为，政府要管得少一些，而对于义务教育、医疗卫生等公共服务领域，我们的投入要不断增长，政府的钱要更多地用于公共服务。

直到上午的分组讨论结束，郭树清起身离开，依然不断有政协委员围上前去提出自己的意见、建议，并表示下次有机会“一定跟省长好好说说”。
