  "血铅还没降下来"


  尽管已时隔两年,仁化县董塘镇五一村村民卜先华对2012年那场突如其来的"血铅"事件,仍心有余悸。

  何寿明告诉记者,1970年代末,村民发现横石河里常常漂浮死鱼,怀疑河水被污染;此后,村民就挖井取水用于日常饮用;2006年,村里统一安装了自来水,村民弃用井水。


  生产的粮油不敢吃


  污染不仅改变了村民的生活,也给当地的农业生产带来了影响。


  "十几年前,河里还能抓到鱼,现在连蚂蝗都没有了。"1月17日,在佛冈县水头镇铜溪村竹园村小组的一条小河旁,看着河里红褐色的河水,村民温国立(化名)说道。


  据温国立介绍,自位于上游的水头镇矿区采矿后,很多村民就没有种水稻和花生了,"要是用河里的水浇地,禾苗和蔬菜都会枯死。"铜溪村支书邹经全介绍,村里有1700多亩耕地,十几年前大多种水稻,但因为缺水,现在只有十几亩种稻,其余的改种用水量较少的沙糖桔。村里还修了一条引水渠,从附近的山上引水,"供村民饮用和灌溉。" 1月17日,南方农村报记者来到位于铜溪村的水头镇矿区,发现几处采矿点正在开工,一个深20米、面积数十亩的废矿坑尤为显眼。矿区距下游成片的沙糖桔种植区和村民聚居区不足300米。


  "不能种水稻和花生,生产的油、米不敢吃,只能买。"温国立告诉记者,他家6口人,3人在外面务工,3人常年在家,每月买米支出上百元。


  同样感到发愁的还有仁化县董塘镇五一村、高宅村等几个村的村民。去年董塘镇3000多亩晚稻严重歉收,村民认为,附近的冶炼厂应为此负责。卜先华告诉记者,2013年10月,一些村民就发现水稻叶子上陆续出现了褐色的斑点,有的甚至整棵枯死。


  "不光是水稻,蔬菜也出现长不大、枯死等现象。"五一村民邓梅兰(化名)介绍,她家耕地少,只种植少量蔬菜。她认为蔬菜的异常状况"跟土、水、空气被污染有关"。


  土壤修复遭遇尴尬


  除了采矿或冶炼工厂排污外,当地的"本底污染"也是土壤污染的一个重要原因。


  "该地区农田重金属含量偏高主要是其本底值含量较高导致。"仁化县相关部门向记者提供的一份《董塘镇土壤重金属情况及项目整治进展》中提到,董塘镇处于大型铅锌矿成矿带,土壤重金属本底含量较高。该地区农田中有少量黄铁矿或黄铁铅锌矿裸露地表,在长期雨水的冲刷和氧化作用下,重金属铅、锌、汞、镉、砷容易析出,导致农田重金属含量偏高。


  "土壤修复是一项长期、艰巨的工程。"广东生态环境和土壤研究所研究员陈能场认为,污染土壤修复很难立竿见影,需要充分的技术、资金支持,以及长时间的实验和探索。


  杜绝污染源是治理的第一步。近年来,大宝山矿区先后修建了7个拦泥坝和一个污水处理厂,试图从源头上控制矿区污水排放。


  粤北土壤污染问题引起了相关机构的重视。从2005年起,来自华南农业大学、中山大学、广东生态环境和土壤研究所等单位的研究人员,开始进入一些污染地区的村庄开展研究,寻求土壤修复、降低农作物重金属含量的办法。


  华南农业大学教授卢维盛的团队将上坝村土壤样本带回广州实验室,试图找出导致水稻重金属超标的因子。


  "上坝村的耕地长期受到矿水的污染,土壤中不仅含有镉、铁、铜等重金属,还富含硫。"卢维盛告诉记者,他们检测发现,上坝村水稻出现的镉超标,主要是因为土壤中镉的活性太强。他建议,可以通过稻田淹水,让土壤中的硫和镉形成硫化镉而沉淀,进而让水稻中的镉含量达到或接近标准水平,"因此,我们建议农民种水稻时不要排水晒田。"陈能场带领的团队正在探索"一边修复土壤边、一边进行农业生产"的技术。目前,他们采取的是生物修复技术,一是通过土壤调理剂、低重金属吸收品种的组合,进行土地修复;修复后的土地能生产安全的早稻米,供农户食用。二是利用长香谷等水稻,配合施肥等,将重金属从土壤中吸出;种植的水稻不供人畜食用。


  生物修复也被应用于佛冈县水头镇矿区周边3000亩被污染的土地。2013年,该地区采用东南景天与玉米套种的方式治理污染。有媒体报道,该方法由华南农业大学于2008年试验成功。不过,令人难堪的是,虽然东南景天具有较强的重金属吸收能力,但由于其经济价值不高,农民很少种植。
