　　中方强调，中国的公务船和公务飞机赴钓鱼岛海域和空域进行正常巡航执法，是行使本国固有权利。如果日方在钓鱼岛问题上采取升级挑衅行动，中方必将坚决应对，由此引发的一切后果必须由日方承担。
