检方以故意杀人罪起诉
昨天上午9点，此案在台州市中院审判庭第二法庭公开开庭审理。
检方在起诉书中称，经依法审查查明，2012年3月被告人连恩青在温岭市第一人民医院接受了鼻部手术治疗，因对术后效果不满，连恩青多次到医院投诉并对该院医生王云杰、林海勇、蔡朝阳心生怨恨，进而预谋杀死王云杰、林海勇。
起诉书称，2013年10月25日上午8时20分许，连恩青携带事先准备的榔头和尖刀来到该医院门诊大楼五楼耳鼻喉科门诊室，确认王云杰和蔡朝阳正在坐诊后，走到王云杰背后，从外套内掏出榔头猛击其头部，王云杰被击后转身用手格挡致榔头木柄断开落地。连恩青又掏出尖刀追捅逃向口腔科方向的王云杰，在其背部连捅数刀。当王云杰逃到口腔科大厅时，被连恩青追上，连恩青继续用刀往王云杰胸腹部乱捅，致其倒地。被害人王伟杰上前拉阻，被连恩青一刀捅中右胸部。
挣脱王伟杰的拉阻后，连恩青又朝倒在地上的王云杰心脏部位猛刺一刀，确认足以致死王云杰后，连恩青持刀返回耳鼻喉科门诊室寻找蔡朝阳，因蔡朝阳已躲入房间并紧锁房门，连恩青无法进入，遂用尖刀刀柄敲碎门玻璃后离开门诊大楼。
之后，连恩青持刀来到放射科CT室，跟随病人进入CT操作间，误将医生江晓勇认作林海勇，对其腹部连捅数刀，随即被群众及赶来的保安制服并扭送公安机关。此案导致王云杰死亡，江晓勇重伤，王伟杰轻微伤。
检方认为，此案犯罪事实清楚，证据确实充分，应当以故意杀人罪追究连恩青的刑事责任。
监控显示凶手连捅7刀
据央视报道，在法庭调查阶段，公诉方首次公布了事发时的现场的10段监控录像。
录像显示，2013年10月25日早晨8点26分，温岭市第一人民医院的耳鼻喉科跑出了很多人，其中包括耳鼻喉科主任王云杰。紧接着，被告人连恩青持刀追了出来，追到输液室后将王云杰按倒在地，捅了7刀。这时，另一名医生王伟杰上前阻止，和被告人打斗约一分钟后被捅伤。
律师称有酌定从轻情节
针对公诉方的监控举证，被告人连恩青供认不讳，并向被害人及家属表示哀悼和歉意。他还供出了当时的很多细节，称行凶酝酿已久，目的就是要杀害医生王云杰和林海勇。
由于连恩青及家人放弃聘请辩护律师，法院指定浙江红大律师事务所律师朱圣勇为其辩护律师。
朱圣勇律师在庭上表示，他对公诉人指控的罪名和基本事实没有异议，但连恩青有几点酌定的从轻情节：连恩青系初犯，此案之前，被告人没有任何劣迹，平时表现良好，由于一时的错误走向了犯罪的
泥沼；连恩青如实供述了自己整个作案情节和细节，供述稳定，且当庭认罪，可酌情从轻处罚。此外，连恩青对江晓勇医生主动停止侵害，防止了恶性事件的扩大。
辩护人还认为，连恩青的犯罪行为与他的精神疾病有因果关系，其患有精神疾病与此次在温岭市第一人民医院的手术治疗和医患纠纷又有直接的因果关系。温岭市第一人民医院对被告人的投诉未引起足够重视，在处理医疗纠纷的过程中有敷衍嫌疑，存在着一定的过错，进一步加剧了医患关系的紧张与对立。
被告人坚称医院造假
连恩青的妹妹说，据律师讲，案发后连恩青的鼻子曾做两次检查，第一次结果显示正常，连恩青不同意，但第二次结果同样显示正常。
律师朱圣勇介绍，连恩青在庭审中坚持认为，在自己的就医过程中，医院有造假行为，包括CT片在内都是假的，他用自己的生命去换取自己看病的真相，“值了”。昨天参与旁听的连恩青妹妹向记者确认了这一说法。
此前，温岭市第一人民医院相关负责人接受记者采访时称，连恩青到医院投诉后，院方多次请本院及浙江省耳鼻喉科有关权威专家来为其会诊，
“结果很明确，专家认为手术效果良好，不需要再做手术，同时，向患者详细解释，并作心理安慰”。
昨天中午12点多，庭审结束，法院将择期宣判。

被告人有无精神疾病有无完全刑事责任能力
检方：作案时意识清晰
昨天，庭审的辩论焦点是，被告人连恩青是否患有精神疾病，是否具备完全刑事责任能力。
检方当庭出示了浙江省立同德医院司法鉴定所出具的鉴定，证明被告人连恩青作案时意识清晰，作案动机现实，辨认和控制能力存在，有完全刑事责任能力。
而据此前当地警方公布的信息，连恩青有精神病史。
被告人：没有精神疾病
庭上，连恩青表示，自己没有精神病史，并且具备完全刑事责任能力。
然而，此前其家属曾对京华时报记者表示，2013年8月将连恩青送到上海市精神卫生中心，诊断其为“持久的妄想性障碍”。两个月后，连恩青出院回家，“医生说连恩青的情绪、睡眠有好转，但对(做手术)医生的怀疑还是有的，很难根治，需要慢慢疏导，要随着他，不要激怒他”。
辩护人：希望重新鉴定
辩护人称，虽然连恩青未对完全刑事责任能力提出异议，但他认为连恩青患有精神疾病，案发时间距连恩青出院时间仅相差9天，且未遵医嘱按时服药，作案时控制能力差，可能存在发病作案的情况，希望能对其刑事责任能力重新鉴定。
辩护律师坚称，被告人连恩青曾经患有持久性的妄想型疑病症，不具备完全刑事责任能力。

被告人父母轮流进庭旁听
昨天上午8点多，连恩青的家属就来到台州中院审判庭外。家属称，他们获得5张旁听证，连恩青的父亲、妹妹、叔叔、舅舅及姑父5人进入旁听，其母亲站在庭外。
透过法庭半开的大门，连恩青母亲远远地看着被告席上身穿暗绿色囚服的儿子背影，低声哭泣。庭审快进行到一半时，连恩青的父亲走出庭外把旁听证交给母亲，母亲才进入法庭看儿子一面，其父亲则坐在庭外的台阶上等待庭审结束。
庭审结束时，连恩青的母亲哭泣得无法站立，被家属架着胳膊坐上车。
