法院依法变更强制措施
根据当时的《拘留通知书》、《逮捕通知书》，王功权是在2013年9月13日因涉嫌聚众扰乱公共场所秩序罪被刑事拘留，之后被羁押在了北京市第三看守所。
2013年10月20日，北京市检察院第一分院批准对王功权执行逮捕。
昨日19时许，一中院发布官方微博称：“王功权承认与许志永一起策划、煽动了聚众扰乱公共场所秩序的违法犯罪活动，他对自己的行为表示深刻反省。北京市第一中级人民法院依法对王功权变更强制措施，予以取保候审”。
“许志永案”已开庭
据了解，采取强制措施之前，王功权是鼎辉创投合伙人和投资人之一，还曾因为“私奔风波”红极一时。
王功权被控制后，其家属委托了陈有西、李道演两位律师为其辩护。
昨晚，李道演称，该案在公安侦查阶段时，他们已经介入，几乎每隔10天就申请去看守所会见一次。会见时，王功权基本上都是很认真地听律师分析。
李道演称，在王功权被批捕后不久，有一天，公安机关通知王的家人去看守所看一份文件。王功权本人书面表示自愿解除与律师的委托合同。
昨晚，记者未能联系上王功权的家人核实此事。
根据北京一中院开庭信息，昨日上午9时许，该院第23法庭开庭审理了许志永聚众扰乱公共场所秩序、交通秩序罪一案。目前，该案还在进一步审理中。
