Ding Jiaxi assembling a crowd to disturb order in public places， such as the case

On January 27, 2014, the Haidian Court public hearing according to law the accused Ding Jiaxi, Li Wei assembling a crowd to disturb order in public places. After the trial began, Ding Jiaxi, Li Wei, defenders of the accused raise objections, dismissed by the Court of law. Defender required after the courtroom and refused to defend accused request a replacement Defender, so the court adjourned in accordance with law, selective hearing.

　　2014年1月27日，海淀法院依法公开开庭审理被告人丁家喜、李蔚聚众扰乱公共场所秩序案。庭审开始后，被告人丁家喜、李蔚的辩护人提出程序异议，法庭依法驳回。后辩护人要求退庭并拒绝辩护，被告人要求更换辩护人，故法庭依法宣布休庭，择期另行开庭。
