今天各位专家对于老百姓非常关心的H7N9感染的情况做了回应，传染病到底有没有改变呢？中国疾控中心的副主任冯子健回答说，目前依然是由禽感染人，而且是有限的人传人，而这些有限的人传人老百姓不太了解，到底怎么来定义呢？那么今天冯子健副主任做了一个特别解释。他说他们检测数据有一个特别的指标叫做基础传播数，现在我们国家H7N9禽流感的感染的数是0.09，非常低，是有限的人传人。截止到昨天（26日）下午6点钟，青年新感染的病例96例，死亡19例，总共的死亡病例已经超过了60例，病死率维持在20%-30%，还是比较高的。
冯子健副主任做出解释，现在春节临近，禽的感染水平，包括禽的消费量以及冬季高发，多种因素合在一起就会导致这样一种情况发生，总之特别建议大家要尽量的避免与活禽接触。今年春节最好能够采购像白条鸡、冰鲜鸡，不要到市场去宰活鸡或者宰杀禽类。如果你无法避免这样的宰杀，也一定要尽快接种疫苗避免感染。之前有传人感染H7N9死亡的消息，中国疾控中心给出回应说，除了上海的那一例外诊科的大夫是属于H7N9感染之外，没有一个地方是属于人感染H7N9死亡报告。
昨天，国家卫计委发布2014年版《人感染H7N9禽流感诊疗方案》，提法上，有一些特别值得关注的地方。
要点一
2014版《人感染H7N9禽流感诊疗方案》里提到，禽流感病毒或通过接触病毒污染的环境传播至人，不排除有限的非持续的人传人。病毒潜伏期也由去年定义的一周，缩短至3-4天，各地将按照新方案将H7N9禽流感病例密切接触者的隔离观察期缩短至4天。

也是一个变化：北京大学人民医院呼吸与危重症医学高占成主任在接受中国之声记者冯会玲专访时说，去年的诊疗方案曾称“人感染H7N9禽流感是由H7N9亚型禽流感病毒引起的急性呼吸道传染病”，新版的诊疗方案对H7N9给出了新的身份认定，由急性呼吸道传染病改变为急性呼吸道感染性疾病。
高占成：人感染H7N9禽流感是由H7N9禽流感病毒引起的急性呼吸道感染性疾病，其中重症肺炎病例常可合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征、感染性休克，甚至多器官功能衰竭。所以早发现、早报告、早诊断、早治疗，加强重症病例救治，注意中西医并重，是有效防控、提高治愈率、降低病死率的关键。

对于H7N9的传染源、传播途径及高危人群，新版诊疗方案也给出了明确的说明。
高占成：H7N9的传染源。目前已经在禽类及其分泌物或排泄物以及活禽市场环境标本中检测和分离到H7N9禽流感病毒，与人感染H7N9禽流感病毒高度同源。所以传染源可能为携带H7N9禽流感病毒的禽类。以及环境和病人也要作为可能的传染源之一要加以重视。目前，大部分为散发病例，有个别家庭聚集发病现象，但尚无持续人际间传播的证据。人感染H7N9的传播途径，具体途径可经呼吸道传播或密切接触感染禽类的分泌物或排泄物而获得感染；或通过接触病毒污染的环境传播至人；不排除有限的非持续的人传人直接的传播。人感染H7N9禽流感的高危人群是在发病前1周内接触过禽类或者到过活禽市场的人群，特别是老年人。

对于如何确诊H7N9禽流感感染病例，新版诊疗方案给出了详细说明。
高占成：根据流行病学接触史、临床表现及实验室检查结果，可作出人感染H7N9禽流感的诊断。在流行病学史不详的情况下，根据临床表现、辅助检查和实验室检测结果，特别是从患者呼吸道分泌物标本中分离出H7N9禽流感病毒，或H7N9禽流感病毒核酸检测阳性，或动态检测双份血清H7N9禽流感病毒特异性抗体水平呈4倍或以上升高者，可作出人感染H7N9禽流感的诊断。
