近日，达州市开江县讲治镇居民唐玲女士曝料称，自己所在的讲治镇供电所存在乱收费行为，自己在检举维权之后，遭到供电所打击报复，门口的路灯被拆除。

今年72岁的村民张汤孝表示，自家的房子是在2012年修建，当时缴纳了2000元的入户费到供电所，没有给自己出具发票，自己索要时，工作人员表示交了钱就有电，发票不用开。

针对没开发票一事，陈星川表示，公司规定20人统一 开一张收据，发票确实没开。当被问及是否存在避税行为时，陈星川表示都是开江县明月电力公司统一报税。
公司回复：纪委已介入调查
日前，记者赶到开江县明月电力公司。对于陈星川提到不开发票是由公司规定的，该公司纪委书记尹红进行了否认。
尹红表示：“公司发票均发放到所内，并要求所内工作人员必须出具发票，至少要开出收据。”当记者提出当地居民均表示没有拿到过发票后，尹红找来了公司财务经理，据其介绍，由于地税局规定，发票必须装一户，开一户，十分不便，公司与地税局协商之后，地税局同意公司以收据形式进行收费，但仍需做账报税。
